Whenever a feminist is pressed on why their grand awakening conveniently materialized in the 1960s and not a century earlier, they recite the same rehearsed fable that a handful of enlightened women, armed with moral superiority, finally shattered patriarchal chains and claimed their place as the victors at the end of history.

The reality is far less flattering. Feminism did emerge earlier, during the Georgian era’s so called “first sexual revolution” in England. Their proto-feminist spiritual ancestors spread their legs for aristocratic men under the same delusional hypergamy that women indulge in today. However the results were bastard children that died at twice the rate of legitimate ones. Cast off mothers, stripped of any illusion of value, discovered that a world valuing physical labor had precisely one remaining use for their worn biology, prostitution.

This episode is quietly buried, for obvious reasons. It exposes feminism not as a triumphant moral arc, but as a fragile phenomenon wholly dependent on external technological conditions, that are created exclusively by men.

Consider the 1960s iteration. The same female impulses reappeared but this time now shielded by a suite of male inventions. Fromm and Hopkinson perfected the latex barrier. Pincus gifted the pill. Pregnancy became a minor inconvenience. Child mortality, already crushed by male ingenuity in sanitation, vaccines, and antibiotics, fell to irrelevance. Women who wished to terminate their child could now graduate from back alley catheters wielded by incompetent sisters to vacuum aspiration performed by male surgeons who actually understood female anatomy. 

Financial “independence” followed the same pattern. Office drudgery, stripped of any physical demand by data machines, became the perfect subsidized playground for creatures unsuited to real labor. At the very same time, automation quietly gutted male manufacturing, with outsourcing later banishing the remnants to foreign men still willing to perform actual work.

The result was a brief, artificial equilibrium. Women achieved financial and sexual autonomy not through superior intellect or willpower, but by technology that momentarily suspended the biological constraints governing female existence.

This brings us back full circle to today where dating applications, coded by men, allow even the least desirable specimen anonymous access to the elite males her Georgian ancestors could only fantasize about while being entirely shielded from pregnancy, censure, or consequence.

Feminism insists it is an irreversible ideological triumph. But societies untouched by these technologies remain resolutely non-feminist. If feminism were truly an idea comparable to Catholicism or communism, rather than a technological artifact, it would possess intrinsic resilience. It does not. 

It depends utterly on male invented molecules such as ethinylestradiol, progestins, mifepristone, misoprostol, to sustain carousel riding and consequence free promiscuity.

The same men who built those air conditioned offices are the ones now coding artificial intelligence to systematically erase the only economic niche women ever managed to dominate, which is mediocre clerical and administrative output.

We don’t even need to discuss sci-fi concepts such as synthetic companions. Practical male controlled fertility technologies are coming. Decentralized cryptocurrency lies increasingly beyond the reach of divorce courts and alimony decrees. The beauty filters you desperately slap on your sagging, aging faces are the exact same technology men will use to deepfake you choking on cock for the world to see. Every knife can cut both ways.

The entire edifice rests on infrastructure that women did not create and cannot maintain. Furthermore it’s at the mercy of international supply chains, globalized labor arbitrage, and digital platforms that can collapse without any man lifting a finger by way of supply chain disruption, a regulatory shift, or a quiet technological pivot.

Women who think feminism is an idea rather than a technology will find out far too late, exactly how expendable their supposed achievements always were. The harsh truth is that nature never intended women to opt out indefinitely. Remember that the next time your power grid goes out.
