CMV: If "freezing up" is real, women shouldn't be able to legally consent unless a psychologist will certify that she won't freeze up and lose the ability to say "no" when appropriate.

What's more, if a psychologist gives sexual consent licenses to more than three women who subsequently report "freezing up" during sex, withdrawing consent and then failing to indicate that to the person she's having sex with, the psychologist should lose his or her certification.

Essentially this will put women who are prone to freezing up in the same category as institutionalized mental health patients, who can never lawfully have sex while they are in the hospital.

Certain forms of mental maturity are necessary before you can say a person is ready to have sex.

If you can't say "no" when needed, that means you are not ready to have sex. No exceptions.
