Sex with men is easy the relationship stuff is harder. But as someone who has experience with both genders I can give some insight.

Know what kinda man you like upfront. If you like cute awkward guys fine but you are going to have to ask them out most of the time. If you like confident traditionally masculine men your going to have to be receptive towards some advances.

Some men try to couple as soon as they have sex with a woman. Others need conversation and a little push. The more timid the guy the more likely he will default to whatever type of deal you want.

Less timid men need to be convinced. So as long as your a good looking and interesting he'll want to be around you. The next step with that type of guy is to straight say without backing down what kind of relationship you want. You can't order him or give him an ultimatum but you can give the truth.

If he now's what's up he'll either ask you for a real relationship or ghost. How well the relationship works depends on the quality of the guy.

Stay in shape / Be at least 25 BMI: I put this as #1 because being fat really makes a huge difference in the way of literally everything. If you're fat, lose the weight. I won't deny that men treat fat chicks way different than they treat fit/skinny/normal sized chicks. People are superficial, men and women included. You should aim for 20 - 25 range. You can be fat but they're probably gonna be guys who are desperate or have low standards and they're most likely gonna treat you poorly either way as time goes on. Be chill: If you are fucking chill you will keep your man 110%. Basically, you just need to have good vibes. I have never found women with shitty vibes attractive, both as sexual partners or relationship materials. I have messed with and dated women who were less attractive or average but were just really nice to be around. My grandmother has been a 3 / 10 looks wise her whole life but 11 / 10 personality wise, which is why her and my grandfather lasted until his eventual death. Chill women that aren't dramatic and make people feel good make great partners. If you're not nice to be around with as a friend, you're definitely not nice for dating.
Don't talk about your exes & don't get involved with them: I've dumped a 9/10 in looks because she couldn't stop talking about her past and mentioning her ex boyfriends and stuff. Women who are "still friends with their ex" are not relationship materials and any guy who chooses to date them will get burned one day (hopefully) or will get cheated on behind the curtains. I'm not friends with my exes when I date, and people who are still have feelings (either one, or the other, or both). I refuse to date any woman who still deals with her ex; nostalgia is a powerful drug and in any relationship fight the ex will most likely try and smash.
Don't look like a red flag: Seriously, if you look trashy you will get trashy. A few piercings are fine and cute tattoos are okay, hair can be a bit different but a combination extreme hair and being tatted up massively, having a fuckton of piercings, dressing terribly and looking like Patreon / Snapchat slut will make most men avoid you dating wise. Even if you look great and all, you might still have great difficulties having a partner you'd want to find.
Be a whore in bed: You shouldn't look like a whore publicly but you should be a whore privately. If you're not being a slut for your man, he will just look for a slut elsewhere. Girls that fuck good are girls that keep their men, and women who are normal people in general but dirty fucking whores under sheets will definitely keep a man.

PS: FDS is fine if you want a Beta who you will eventually dislike. They're right when they say you should wait but for weeks and weeks..? No decent man will wait that long for someone and play their games if they have options. And most FDS women aren't chill by default. Make him wait a bit, and be friendly otherwise.

If you can't do all of this, just be chill, don't look trashy & stay in relatively attractive shape. Too bad the vast majority of women can't even do this but, hey, at least them not doing it helps you out because if you do this simple thing you will be better than the majority.

It's a difficult question. If you take approach of 'bagging' a man to stay, it means he has to think very highly of you in a certain way. And that way usually has to do with seeing some idealistic version of you, and that's only partially under your control (Unless you want to find a kind of best buddy to hang out with, but if you did, you wouldn't ask the question this way).

The honest answer is that I women I fell for, I wrote the script for them in my own head. They were just...there, being pretty in a particular way, having some matching personality/attitude to go with it, and me being in a situation where I felt unable to be with them.

I can go through examples, but in a way you're asking me how you can actively achieve this goal, and I just don't know, because I've never felt that way about anyone who's actively pursued anything with me. You can do your thing, and get some pursuers and hangers-on, but I don't know how you actively target a particular guy and succeed. As many men have learned, it's a challenging task to be the pursuer in a way that doesn't diminish your value in the other person's head.

Be usually more visually attractive than him (men are visual creatures, and usually do not care for their own appearance, this is supposed to be easy).
Avoid being a nuisance by men standards i.e. don't be too loud or unreasonable or hysterical (there is one thing all men want to avoid dealing with, a karen/big red)
Don't show being a danger to him, those he cares or his resources. that goes without saying, but just to be sure. (you are becoming part of his family, if you show the interest on raising a knife or a gun to him or his family the thing is over. jokes are NOT an exception)
Be lovely at least on a daily basis (show interest as in bear hugs or small kisses or just that you care for him, he may not show but he likes it and will attribute such feelings to you, something he will not have for another person out of the bat)
Avoid letting him get to sexual dissatisfaction levels for long periods. Sexually dissatisfaction is highly related to male divorce and cheating rates. The old saying of 'full stomachs and empty balls' is as good as ever. (One ejaculation a week is enough for most, also be careful for asking for too much sex, we have very high desires but once satisfied it takes a while to come back)
Let him rest or have his own times of at least 10 hours each per week (these two are 2 different things, and sleeping time does not count) he needs his own time, and a time to rest (read as: stare into the nothing/tv) even if you want to do things with him, and the time is limited, to ask him to be with you at all times would make him stressed on the long run. Dealing with people for most men is no different from a job let him stare at a wall for half an hour after he arrives.

There is no silver bullet. You have to do the right things and find a compatible partner to find someone to stay with you. You also have to be lucky enough that they don't find another person better at it than you are before they are committed to you.

I can say, one thing that goes a long way is acting like a partner. Don't just be a prize to be won. Don't act like they're doing you a favor, either. Treat them as an equal.

Another is caring about them and supporting them. Don't just do the actions. Actually care. Actually accept their feelings, even if they don't make you happy. Let them be intimate with you on an emotional level, not just a sexual level, but don't force it. Little is more of a turn off than a woman who wants to force you to speak feelings when you aren't ready.

The long and short of it is be the kind of partner you would want and find someone who does the same and is compatible. It won't work every time or even most of the time, but if you are strong enough to cut your losses and move on, eventually, you will find a man to love that loves you to. Love isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. Instant gratification plans are like trying to sprint a marathon and you will burn out.

Two fold problem.

First, the average woman (on average) wants an above average man. So many of your sistren are in a race to the bottom for that top 1-3% (or down to the top 20%, if you have low self esteem).

FDS. They are right that most men are trash, so your best strategy is to filter. Also, men know when they REALLY want you, and thats all you need to look for. You dont have to do anything to make a guy stay. You have to filter until you come across these guys. Then compare them all and pick the one you like.
