Hey, so I started reading about TRP about 2 months ago and I find it exceptionally educative. I apply whatever I read on girls that I am in contact with, and I am currently doing well with one of the hottest plates that I have spinning(she was playing the "friends" cards before). However, ever since I started reading about TRP, it took me into a broader perspective which is dealing with everyone in my life and not just women. For example I start noticing small details when talking to guys. This might just be me complaining but I think the sexual liberation movement was about being open with your sexuality and halting the shame associated with fornicating and whatnot. Question:

I have this really close friend I've known for 11-12 years and right now I'm going through a real rough patch in life in general but I refuse to quit fighting; anyway, he is higher SMV/status then me and I can pick up that he is slowly starting to ghost me because of the fact I am seemingly lower status and to be fair to him I'm not an overly exciting person to be around and my life is indeed quite dull ...

Not only that but- I sense that he might be slandering me behind my back and all polite to my face but I have no direct proof (only secondary evidence) so I won't go there.

I have no doubt that once I get back on my feet he will be there saying he never left-it's been over a month since I have seen him last... and that is usually the pattern these days.

Is this one of those things where people only like you when you are successful? Should I consider this a part of life and accept him back into my life when I recover? Or should we just politely go our separate ways & just check in on each other like every six months?

This literally pains me because the fact I'm losing one of my oldest chaps over something like status/QualityofLife is disheartening but after TRP I totally get where he is coming from- I really wanna say " no harm done mate I get it" but at the same time- when I do recover it will be with an all new and a different social life since I will likely have to move/try different things so why even keep any remnant of my past?

He is still relatively high SMV & valuable ally of sorts and will likely do so over time so his value is undeniable to keep around even if it's every other month or six months to call in a favor from time to time(we go way back and it's a deep history so we are almost indebted to each other without ever implying it directly)...

Help!

I've read Athol Kay, "marred man sex life primer" and the Ironwood collection of alpha moves. I'm in blue pill recovery..

In all of these married man game books they extol the virtue of always initiating sex, always pushing and prodding. I get that.

But my wife is fucking gross. She can polish up real well, she just doesn't. If I make my demands known, it makes things worse, and she sinks into depression. Then the house falls apart (stay at home mom).

I’ll admit I’ve got a pretty bad oneitis and I’m at school with her and she goes on and off me all the time, we haven’t fucked but have kissed etc and some days she seems really into me and then she’s not. I absolutely suck at shit tests and am shit at 'influencing' people, let alone manipulate them.

And when I talk shit tests, I don't even mean with girls. I mean with guys, in the world in general.

I find I am very bad at making people do things. It's not even like I want to do anything 'evil'. I can't even get a subordinate to do the work that THEY are supposed to do. I feel so out of control. I have been suggested to try toastmasters in order to practice social interaction, and I'm going to do it as soon as I'm back home.

But I feel so powerless in dealing with people. Not sure if this is a cliche question, but I feel like I am not respected enough. How do I get some self respect and not feel shit about myself all day?

People who were like me but changed for the better, what did you do?

Please be ruthless, I am absolutely sick of myself and am willing to try anything.

Brfore anyone asks, I want to mention, I do the basics of TRP already. (strength training, diet, working hard on the wealth aquisition etc) But I feel absolutely powerless in the social aspect.

29M, 190cm tall, white, business owner, i can perfectly domain what you would call "frame" (i have been doing it for years, for business reasons). i have a lot of knowledge and experiences in a lot of things for my industry (R&D on B2B and B2C products), i attend to conferences as speaker, i mentor new people in the industry, i dress well of course, clean. i'm not perfectly fit, i'm 10kg overweight (fat percentage in about 20%). with a lot of effort i could lower it to 15% at best (i know lifting is a golden rule) but here comes my main problem: i'm disabled, i'm dependent of a oxygen tank 24/7. this only limits myself into that i need to be careful at low temps, i get agitated if i need to walk too much and i can't drink alcohol, but apart from that, my life is totally normal.
