My ex will frequently say something shitty and rude and when I point out how it was hurtful he'll just say "I didn't say any of that, you're putting that meaning behind it." As if anyone on the planet wouldn't know exactly what you were inferring, sir. "It was just a joke" FOH with that you gas lighting troll.

He'll then become enraged and scream and try to drown me out when I don't just shut up and accept that I was mistaken and am being sensitive, because I'm just saying untrue things and he "will not be forced to listen to such ridiculous untrue accusations".

I move out Wednesday.

I manage to be calm in a variety of settings. Work, travel, family functions, parties, emergencies, and the list continues. If I’m seeing someone who is making me upset enough to clap back at him, I know it’s on him and his behavior.
