Is it just ME or has everyone switched “dad bod” into the definition of obesity?

I’m not one to shame anyone’s figure, but I thought “dad bod” was just the loss of visible six-pack abs. What’s with the severely overweight and out-of-shape male figures claiming to be a “dad bod”?

There’s a difference between being 1%-5% over ideal weight, but still staying active —and being 20%-50% over ideal weight with a sedentary lifestyle.

What happened to this phrase?!

Just yesterday I saw this very fit woman obviously in good health dating a gorilla looking male with oily skin balding patches and the fattest belly. He was also short and I think she was paying for her milkshake as well. Looked like first or secours date and I wanted to tell her Runnnnn! Really awful to watch.

All this is showing me is that dads are super lazy and stupid. They don't know how to use their arms at all and rely on the baby to do all of the work. Thankfully, their children seem to be smarter than they are and realized that they could use the fat as a seat until their arms get strong enough to support themselves entirely.

This is stupid, Babies are suppose to be held and children supported on your arms or put them on your neck to sit. My dad never dropped us when we were children. He was in shape. Man is suppose to be string to protect his family.
