I don't think that's true at all. There are plenty of men here (in fact most, really) who openly admit they are anything BUT a social or genetic "Chad" and if anything were destined to try out that scripted blue pill "nice guy / good guy?" provider bit.

While never fully taking the red pill with regards to gender/sexuality norms, I do remember browsing it about 2014-2015 and gaining quite a bit of insight about self-improvement and how to project more masculinity. There really was a culture of self-help and emphasis on resilience and better socialization, and as a very awkward/angry kid who didn’t quite buy the traditional sex/courtship narratives once I started university I really needed some of that. The guys there also seemed very supportive of one another.

Some of what I think happened:

Many of the chosen figureheads of that movement were bad idols. Rollo Tomassi, Roosh V, and quite a few of the others were shit ass bonkers and probably shouldn’t have been listened to past a very superficial level, and yet they were the hill many were willing to die on. Not all the guys are bad, I really liked Mike Cernovich and Jack Murphy, but a lot of these people were/are either shysters or morally-compromised lunatics. (Side note: Politically Stefan Molyneux is very interesting but Jesus Christ why would anyone ask him for advice on how to get laid)
The influx of guys from pickup made it less about genuine inquiry into masculinity/self-help and more about sensationalized field reports and flexing very subjective/non-generalizable advice on how to get laid, with a lot of it blurring the line into creep/sex criminal territory.
Red pill guys were all too willing to fight the culture war. Rather than do the cool thing and be themselves by themselves, they were so reactive in the face of feminism and today’s nutty incarnation of progressivism that the movement became less about men improving themselves and more about how to spit back against women/trigger the libs. With this in mind, it’s no surprise it became a racist/misogynist cesspit and spawned incels as an offshoot.

It’s to a point where you inevitably get some turbo autists rationalizing why they can’t get laid, marriage is a sham, and one-upping one another in terms of how much they hate women to virtue signal to their cohort/vice signal to the feminists rather than any insight into masculine identity.

I definitely get that impression too. The ones that are having sex don't talk about sex because they aren't hungry. They talk about how much they love their wife/girlfriend/etc.

I met a lot of guys that enjoying bluffing and faking, as that is tied to their game. So they have conversations like "I have to have two girlfriends at all times. I am having SO much sex. I am a massive stud." and then every so often "So I got a date. It went pretty bad. She just ate the dinner and left. There was no interest."

Not at all. They are regular guys with a conscience. Often married with kids with academic professions.

Some are single and younger, these are guys raised without any positive image of men in the culture around them, only demonization, belittling and guilt-brainwash, who seek advice from the older generation and confirmation that they are human and are entitled to expect human rights and human dignity.

Some are divorced, but there are specific help groups for the divorced, it's not the typical personal status (daily there's a request for help before suicide in those groups, people try to locate local members who could help).

Psychologists, social workers, lawyers, businessmen, independent professionals, writers, journalists. They are using aliases because we are not a free society - the protection of human rights of members of a certain "group" (males) is forbidden and bears violent consequences and persecution (don't worry, history takes notes, it eventually catches up with everybody).

Depends on what part of the manosphere you're talking about. I lurk on the men's rights forum from time to time. There's a fair amount I disagree with them on, but they at least mention actual issues beyond "Alpha Fucks, Beta Bucks", or whatever the term is.

It's not the manosphere that's at "fault", it's the proliferation of infemfiltration and soyboyism.

The manosphere is doing just fine, but the topics, and with the topic the places of discussion, have just moved away yet again.
