Investors can be some one with $500 in a target store card. Technically it's an investment. This is the most silly job description I've ever seen, I mean honestly? It says "unemployed."

“Beware of falling in love” means he’s so narcissistic, he thinks every girl wants him. He probably chooses the anxious, insecure type and then plays games to make them more anxious so he can feel wanted. I knew a guy like that, he was like ten years older than me and so sure that every woman wanted to marry him because he was such a catch, he spent the entire time trying to make me fall for him and then got big mad when I was like “dude, I’m not even looking to settle down, especially with someone in a later life stage than I’m in, but you’re fun to hang out with”. He then went around telling all our mutual friends we weren’t friends anymore because I’d “gotten too attached and couldn’t handle him reminding me we weren’t serious”.
