It's painful. I think most of us have been there. You need to read the handbook (on the side bar). You can even print the free pdf they provide here. It is a life saver.

Tips (from the handbook) for the future:

never tell a man about your past traumas or abuse. They will be used to manipulate you.
words mean nothing. Actions do. Do not fall for the trap of their sweet words (I will love you better)
block and delete. Never engage with lvm. Don't send answers, don't send paragraphs. High value women don't have time for that
be single for a while. Level up. Go to therapy to deal with your issues and traumas. Happiness comes from within, not from external validation from men.
