This is just so sad to me.... that poor woman. I just can’t imagine WHY any human would torment another person like he did. It’s just so sick and mean and depraved. I have a phobia of something and I would NEVER wish that on my own worst enemy... and to think he caused her that mental anguish... “as a joke”.

I also find it so sad that she was like “am I over reacting?!?” 🥺 Such conditioning that we as women go through😭

Omg, I hope she finds a good therapist who is experienced in helping survivors of domestic violence.

It infuriates me that we expect women to j-lo-movie-esqe a new life immediately after they leave a war zone where they’ve been confined, isolated, poisoned, tortured, starved, sleep deprived and fed endless propaganda. OF COURSE she’s struggling - of course she has rabid levels of C-PTSD. I so hope she can find a therapist to model compassion and emotional validation for her experience, so she can begin the lengthy, painful healing process.
