Men in general have become more family oriented and involved with their kids than the men of my parents' generation and probably generations before that. A good dad is a kid's best coach.

I mean, I think good men and great men are often quite exceptional in all the ways you can typically think. If you mean in particularly masculine ways:

Men seem far more capable of burning the candle at both ends in a physical sense in order to provide, care for, and discharge any sense of duty they have for people around them and loved ones.
Physical strength of men is genuinely very impressive as much as it is scary. I'm constantly in awe of the physical feats my boyfriend is capable of and realizing men in general can just sort of push a tree over or carry all of the entire all groceries ever in from a car. Like work that would take me ten to fifteen minutes they can complete in two just because of upper body strength.
Men are really good at being disagreeable in ways that are beneficial to themselves and others. Sometimes people need to be told to knock it off with force and women aren't typically as good at this as men. I appreciate a man that can make a lot of people back off.
I do think men tend to be funnier because of their predisposition towards risk taking. And I personally love a good laugh.
Rough housing and teasing in general seems to be something men are much better at and is a genuine joy to be around. They seem to just naturally be better at detecting what sort of irreverence or physically irritating game is the exact right amount of fun and yet annoying or frustrating to be a good time without going over-board into making you cry or hurt.

I of course cannot speak for all men on the planet, but those in my life are all absolutely amazing people. They are genuine, they care, they are a joy to be around and my life is so much better for them.

And to the men who are reading this: We might not know each other, but there is most likely someone out there who thinks the same way about you.

There are so many wonderful men in my life that the unexamined vitriolic misogyny of the red pill doesn't change the way I feel about men in general. The men I know, think and feel deeply. And interested and engaged with the world. They are pretty amazing, just like the women in my life. A lot of people suck, thankfully many people do not.

More direct of what we prefer out of our partners

More confident,competent,charismatic,funny

We barely reject anyone

Thankfully, the men closest to me IRL are nothing like the men on here.

My father when my mother became ill, took over all the household management stuff and didnt complain.

My father I would describe as grumpy when I was younger but he has mellowed out as Ive gotten older. In my 20s, when he found out how some of my entitled exes acted he said I made a good call dumping them because they are delusional and conceited. The men on this forum think men like my exes are normal and "the victim" *cue eyeroll* He is a big fan of my now husband who is also a wonderful person.

The most positive and optimistic thing about men I can think of right now is that most of the gender gaps that resulted from feminism are closing. College enrollment gap in the US peaked in 2010. Life expectancy gap is slowly, but closing at least in UK. Within the last 5 years, we saw German case of a woman convicted of tampering with a condom, and the first ever American case of a woman convicted of breastfeeding her baby boy on drugs (the baby, unfortunately, did not survive). In Israel, if memory serves, right, quite recently there was the first ever case won against a woman who committed paternity fraud. In years 2012-2014, for the first time in around a century, gender incarceration disparity in the US started falling.

It's snail pace, but it's something. I suspect even the folks at the upper strata of the state start understanding that like women being society's bottleneck of reproduction, men are society's bottleneck of progress. Want to make society better - let men do things.
