What NON self-gratifying things do you look for in a woman?

Just as the title suggests, which things in women do you find attractive and/or look for that aren't specifically about you? For example:

Self-gratifying:

Good in bed
Sexy/beautiful
Submissive/easy to get along with
etc

*It's not bad if you like these traits*

Non self-gratifying:

Smart/intelligent
Funny
Kind to other people
Independent
etc

I only ask this because I see a lot of "ideal women" posts/comments here that have to do with wanting a woman who's very sexual, beautiful, can be a little bit of a yes man, etc. And it's not necessarily bad to want those things (most women want the male equivalent of these traits) but what are some things you like in a woman that don't necessarily "serve" you?

I also ask this because I think part of what makes people of both sexes attractive is when they are just *interesting people* with their own lives, ideas, etc and not everything revolves around me. (I think that's boring whether you're a man or a woman)

If this ends up being fun I'll ask the same thing for women.
