(How do I compete (and win) against/with taller and better-looking guys without getting hopeless?)**

Hello there (18yo, 5'9, noticeable muscle mass, male, latino living in France)

It's been a while I read redpilled and seduction content, I started (around 2 years ago) to take care of myself, lifting weights, skincare... and working on my social skills. (I also tried tried to approach girls in school without success, so I stopped doing it).

I am trying to change some believes to have success with women (as my goal is short-term relationship / hooking up), but sometimes it is TOUGH. I've always seen tall / good-looking guys have better success with women with little-to-no effort, while I get rejected and see my "phenotype" (or men like me) being undermined.

I know there are other things like confidence, frame, etc. But I always see myself losing agaisnt a tall good-looking guy, no matter how ripped I am or how much things I've got going on in my life.

I had some issues with bullying and people making me believe "I'd never get a gf" because "I'm too ugly for that" (tried going to therapy but they didn't say anything helpful about it).

There are things I have to work on, like my game, social skills and my outcame independance, but the issue I face with competing agaisnt taller and better-looking guys than me is something that I cannot find how to cope with.
