Amazed at all the push back this post is getting. I’ll add some color to help the ones who don't believe this is the method.

Before you go out jerk off so you've got a cleared mind and to see if you really want to go out. Shower and get dressed for the setting always over dress. It's better to be over dresses then underdressed. (One fashion tip that goes a long way is know if your dress shirt should be tucked in or tucked out.)

Most important rule, go to the bar/club early. You don't need to be first in line. 9/10pm bars 10/11pm clubs (2am closing). This lets you see more people and get the most chances. Yes you will be in an empty place with a few other people, but this gives you a chance to try and talk to those people there. It's ok to talk to dudes too. Never know they might be meeting chicks later. Arriving early gives you a chance to think about things you wanna talk about to the future people you meet. Think of some contextual insightful ice breakers. Was the bouncer a dick, does it take forever to get a drink, is this a dj that never plays in your city. So then when you go up to someone you can try these thoughts out.
“ so glad that you made it in here, I didn't think that rude bouncer was gonna let anyone in” “Hey I'm going to go wait in this really long bar line want me to get you something” “I'm so glad this dj is here tonight, he is never around these parts”

When people start arriving keep an eye on who the potential people are. Most of the time it will be groups of men/woman. Look for women who are bored looking around, waiting in the bar line, sitting at tables looking bored or at phones, really anyone not actively in convo. Also look at who is dancing at the club, If you see some women who are not holding another mans hands or grinding of them. They are fair game. If you're at a bar and a woman is sitting alone or with another woman, go get the seat next to her. This will be easiest lay up.

How I approach on the dance floor is I slowly and subtly move in their general direction while dancing so it feels natural. I dance beside them for a while but never try to actually dance with them. I'm just a guy dancing and having a great time. Then when the music breathes for a sec I try to make a quick comment to them. Can be about the music, the dj, their outfit, or just how beautiful they are and you wanted to compliment them. And then say want to dance? This whole exchange should be light and quick the night is still young and people are still very sober. You are just a confident man having a good night spreading good vibes on the dance floor. If she says no or gives an excuse just smile and keep dancing remember you are enjoying the night and you never know maybe she will come around in the future when you see her in the bathroom line or something. The point is to remain positive.

As the night progresses and the place fills up keep looking around for potential canidents. If you lock eyes while scouting don't panic, be confident, and don't break eye contact just smile. Hopefully they smile back and this could be another candident. Don't immediately approach unless you are fully confident its the right move.

Utilamtely you just want to *act* like you're having a great time and that you just coincidentally ended up beside a woman on the dance floor, at the table, in line, outside smoking a cigarette, and you’re just striking up a conversation with them. You're playing it casual, don't be pushy.

Once you're talking keep things fun and positive use those contextual insights you thought of earlier. Try to make them laugh if it's easy to talk, or if it's loud just keep smiling and try to make a comment anytime the music slows. If all goes well try to make some subtle contact when you speak to them. A hand on their arm/shoulder when you lean in to say something. If she doesn't immediately move or shift away this is a good sign. If your not already ask to dance and don't immediately grind keep it light and match her style. Then slowly get closer and closer where you can have a hand on her hip or back so you don't bump into each other as you dance. Tell her how you're having a great time and so glad you met her.

The hardest part is over if you're still around them for longer than an hour. To close I don't get pushy I just tell them I had a great time with them and I'd love to keep Hanging out no pressure no expectations you just enjoy their company. Hopefully they agree and then leave with you

The whole “don’t think about it so much, just go out and practise” idea is great in theory. In reality, it puts a lot of dudes behind.

Practise won’t do shit for you if you don’t know how to learn - it’s as much about interpreting experiences as it is about having them. Plenty of guys try to brute-force the “just go out and talking to girls” approach and wind up reinforcing bad habits that keep their progress stalled.

If you’re someone who improves a lot from practise alone, that’s great - keep going.

But if you find yourself going out again and again and aren’t getting results - you might want to analyse, research and try a different approach.
