Ahh, welcome to game – where you can blow past your comfort zone and still, remarkably, feel unsatisfied.

The ego says, "more, more, more." You should've asked for her number, you should've grabbed her hand and eloped, you should've blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Where before it was, "if I can just open a hot girl I'll be satisfied." Now it's, "if I can just get a hot girl's number I'll be satisfied."

Absolutely wild how the ego works. It's good on one hand – you'll start improving very quickly from this point on.

But how do we get satisfaction? How do we eliminate the voice that says "you should've done more," even after we've blown past our comfort zone?

Absolutely insane how your ego can say "I seemed AFC as hell" when you approached a beautiful girl. As if that isn't perfectly natural and—in fact—a good thing.

Is it enough to know that the ego is a negative loop of infinity? That if you open a girl, it says "you should've asked for her number." If you ask for her number, it says, "you should've kissed her." If you kiss her, it says, "you should've brought her home."

The ego is never satisfied. The ego, by nature, can not be satisfied.

Maybe it's time we stopped trying. What do we want? I want to live.

What kind of insane expectations do you have? (I've been there, so I know, but still...)

If you run or do some other physical exercise, do you expect to perform with the top 1% on your first try as well? No! That would be silly. You need to practice and build muscle. This is no different. But you started. You have done your first set. And it wasn't a random ugly girl, it was a gorgeous one. Now go do it again!

I just started approaching and I've generally had good luck. I've found that MOST people aren't gonna be rude about getting a compliment and if they are, fuck em they're not what you're after anyways. Congrats on getting there and don't let anything get you down!

AWESOME! Now, remember this!! You just walked up to a hot girl, and put yourself out there. Yes, you may have came across like an idiot, BUT.. You're alive right? It felt good right? REMEMBER THAT FEELING. Trust me, it'll get easier.. After a while you'll actually have full on confidence.

Just remember, if they ARE interested, you have to keep the conversation going. Start off with "So what do you do?" blah blah, keep it on HER, if she asks about you, answer the questions, but try to focus on her so she'll know you're genuinely interested.
