For those who say many cases are not reported, India's rate is 1.81 compared to 27.31 which means about more than 25 times higher. And many in the US also seem to go unreported. This is not the main point but it had to be given before anyone accuses of victimization and how we are the worst in female treatment. I will not debate on this point.

Now to the main story.

In 2012, there was a case of a horrific gang rape in which 5 men brutally assaulted a couple and threw them from a moving bus. There was an outrage and rape laws were reformed. Feminists opposed gender neutral laws back then.

Then until now we have seen a huge rise in fake rape cases in India with many committing suicide like in one case where the president of Delhi commission of women (made to help women exclusively) supported of case against Manav, a teen. The teen committed suicide and his father registered a case of abetment of suicide against the president of DCW, Swati Maliwal.

According to NCRB, about 74 percent of rape cases reported (not under investigation as under investigation only 8% are fake) are fake. Most are settled outside court.

Before you say martial rape is not criminalized and start hitting me, remember one more thing. There have been fake dowry cases too. In 2018 the fake percentage was 30% when Supremely court made changes and bought the perennials arrests down.

Some articles show higher numbers. Still a state recently introduced gender neutral laws and guess who were the ones who opposed it, that's right, feminists themselves.

The National Federation of Indian Women (NFIW). May I remind you these are the ones who fight for women's rights and help them in DV cases and such. They are actually pushing against gender neutral laws not men specific. How can we trust feminists when they say they don't intend to harm men or pull them down when the ones in the forefront behave like this? Also there is no voice from any of those feminists speaking against their actions or even favoring the gender neutral laws.
