I agree that male sex drives are generally higher than female sex drives (with the usual caveat that variation within individuals of each sex is always greater than between the sexes as a whole), but I don’t think the example you give is a difference demonstrating quantitative “horniness.”

Rather, it’s a qualitative difference in how male and female sexuality and attraction operates, which is related but nonetheless a different subject.

A man will leave with 4 numbers because sub consciously there are no real consequences for men who aren’t discerning. A woman will leave with 1 number (two if the chubby guy is tall and funny and 3 if short guys are her kink) because subconsciously, being less discerning comes with actual consequences. A woman potentially gets stuck with a baby by a deadbeat, or one guy is giving dahmer vibes. A woman’s need to be more discerning might be necessary on an evolutionary level.

The man goal: impregnate as many women as possible

I agree in general men have a higher sex drive than women, but I don’t think this is a good argument for that.

Well, I think it's part of the equation (being FTM I know that testosterone is one hell of a sex drive increaser, and men typically have much higher testosterone than women do) but that another equally important part is that women are generally more picky than men are, and there is a biological reason for this.

Women's part of reproduction is much more burdening than it is for men. So while men generally win on "spreading their seed" and getting as many women pregnant as possible to effectively carry on their genes, ie having sex with as many women as possible without it taking any toll on their bodies reproductively; women generally win on finding just one man who'd stick with them, as getting pregnant all the time would take a big toll on their bodies.

Another factor to consider is that women generally need a lot more psychological stimulation to achieve sexual pleasure, ie romance, trust, intimacy, while men on average need more physical stimulation to achieve the same goal. Women on average take a much longer time to reach orgasm and many struggle to reach it at all, their genitals are more susceptible to harm from penis-in-vagina intercourse, and they also have to deal with the issues that come with menstruation which can put a damper on arousal. All of that also makes women simply get less out casual sex with a stranger whom they're not emotionally connected to and who does not care to or know how to help her reach orgasm or even any pleasure at all.

Add to that that women are in general smaller and less physically strong which leaves them at a greater risk of harm from potential physical abuse from an opposite sex partner than men generally are. I could probably go on and think of more things to add.

Because I've thought about this a lot, as I'm hypersexual yet born female myself, which... when I think about it too much, is incredibly illogical and not what my body is wired to do. Navigating an extremely high sex drive and desire to have casual sex with male strangers, with a female body myself, has been quite the rollercoaster. Usually leads to more harm and danger than pleasure, unfortunately. While male sex addicts also surely end up in a lot of unhealthy situations, those typically aren't genital bleeding, unwanted pregnancy, UTI's, or sexual abuse, with barely any pleasure/orgasms to counteract all that harm.

Although I want to point out that I surely think there are both pros and cons to being either sex, in this particular regard (having a lot of poorly planned sex with random hot strangers) women typically lose out.
