If I were a women I would hate this sub too. Depedestalization, spinning plates, discouragement for guys to give free attention and in some cases monetary value (friendzoned guys paying for girls), strong focus on sex, encouragement of polygamy, etc. From men perspective this sub is like making regular women into hot, but selfish and exploitative women, that actively teaches girls how to rip off guys.

Besides, why does nobody ever discusses about /r/RedPillWomen in these kind of discussions? Is it because women are "allowed" to think how they want, but men aren't, again?

Reading through that dreadful thread inspired me to sub here and comment.

I vehemently disagree with much of TRP, but the false stigma you guys have had to bear on this site is incredible. People honestly have no idea what TRP actually teaches, and a couple users in that thread get it exactly wrong. (One girl said that being a redpiller meant making creepy, clingy comments when a girl you're obsessed over enters a relationship. Seriously.) Hell, I recently got banned from my favorite subreddit for defending elements of redpill.

Though you all would do well to excise some of the sillier and inconsistent elements, I hope for and fully expect another surge of subscribers.

TBP from what I remember (I stopped lurking their shitty sub a while ago) commonly took quotes out of context to create narratives that didn't exist.

For example... TBP says we're all rapists (probably that we affirm the rape culture narrative) who promote rape.

Yet, the standing TRP order is that NO MEANS NO.

However that doesn't stop posters here from pointing out that there are many women with rape fetishes, who say no but mean yes - and acknowledge how confusing that is. Many try to theorize how to discern if what they are experiencing is indeed a woman with a rape fetish - or if it is a woman saying no. Some guys try to think of ways to overcome a woman's last minute misgivings about sex (LMR), by saying something assuring or posturing in a specific manner that eliminates doubts. Thus the goal is never to rape, but to maximize the possibility of having consensual sex.

When a woman says no, the consensus is that not getting laid is better than going to jail trying to figure out if she's the kind of girl who's into rough sex and/or wants a guy to be a little forceful. That's one heck of a roll of the dice - especially in a climate where sensitivity to sexual violence is such that men commonly lose rights to due process over accusations of said events.

To TBP - it's raaaaaaape. And do they ever love saying it. They say it's our sense of 'privilege' - That we believe we have some kind of male right to be able to get sex and women need to bend to this will, subserviently.

No, they're worse than SRS. SRS is patently ridiculous, and only a tiny number of people will ever believe their crap. TRP, on the other hand, can be emotionally very appealing to a man who's 16-25, down on his luck, not the greatest with women, etc. It tries to empower these men, saying that if they follow their ideology, that they can achieve a lot of things, and truthfully that is empowering to people who don't have very strong bullshit sensors. SRS's main selling point is "We're butthurt and don't get sarcasm!". TRP's is "Follow us on the path to greatness, and this is how it's SUPPOSED to be!" In short, SRS defines itself by what they oppose, whereas TRP defines itself by what it views as the unquestionable, manifest truth. This is why fascism and communism was able to take over countries, but anarcho-capitalism has never been taken seriously by a significant number of people anywhere.
