I question the legitimacy of this post. She uses the word "baby carriage" which isn't an American phrase. I know most American men walk on the right side of the sidewalk, the same as if they were driving. In my experience this is 99.999% the case anyways. In her post she states that she's walking on the right (I assume her right) and states the men are walking on the left.... here's where it's weird because if she's talking about her left then she shouldn't run into the men, but she says they won't move therefore she must be referring to their left. If they are walking on their left then I wonder what is the normal side for someone to walk on in whatever non-American country she is in. I'd guess that she's deliberately walking on the wrong side and that is why the men are not moving around her.

He said, “When I’m walking down the sidewalk, on the right side and I’m coming up on a group of girls coming toward me, taking up the entire sidewalk, what should I do? All I know is that what's she saying doesn't match my years of observation at all. Men will generally move out of the way for women. If anything, it would be women who didn't move out of the way for others but usually because she's talking to a friend, jogging, or is push a pram. The latter is obviously reasonable and one of the cases where men would clearly give her room.

I also notice that when it's raining, the woman walk next to the building where there's cover while the men walk in the rain.

I said this once when I saw a soy boy attacking a random person on the street; but I think it's applicable here (or not, it's pretty extreme). However, before I begin… If you are walking on the left side of the path, then don't be a dick. Be civil and move over; especially if she is already walking on the right side of the road.

However, if she is walking on the left, and you are walking on the right side, and she stops in the middle of your path and looks you in the eye — essentially to be a dick, and have you to walk around, then do the following.

Right, so here it goes…

Place the dominant foot on her proceeding foot.
Raise left hand and block flailing right arm (or left; since 10 percent of the worlds' population is left-handed)
While blocking flailing arms, and standing on her foot, push the attacker backwards. She should land on her back; breaking her ankle.
Proceed to walk over her
1. Place your other foot on her knee. (The knee of the leg you are standing on.)
2. Place other food on waist.
3. Place the other foot on…

LOL — Sorry, I can't go further. Now that I am thinking of this, all I can picture is some small, pathetic girl being crushed to death under the boot of some enormous guy. That's way too cruel. You men are on your own with this one.

EDIT: I think I will post the complete plan of action in their subreddit, since it's less deadly for a tiny woman to walk over a guy. (Actually, it's that a fetish to some men?)
