From what I know RP advices men to workout and work on themselves so they can maybe get closer to that 20%. More than half of the population is obese so you're really competing against half the men for half the women. Unless you're into fat chicks then the world's your oyster

Life is not binary. Its just that the ratio of suffering to enjoyment increases the lower the percentile you are.

A millionaire can leisurely enjoy every single hour of their life. The average American suffers through roughly 40 hours of misery as a corporate slave to make enough money to enjoy the rest of his life. Someone from a third world country suffers even more hours a day, and so on.

This happens with relationships as well. The top percentiles will be propositioned to just by breathing. The average American man has to suffer through working out, socializing, being a dancing monkey on dates, etc to be able to experience the happiness of sex and physical intimacy. The average woman might have to provide some sexual services she doesn't want, to get some romance. The below average people has it even worse.

From what I have heard I would say it's pretty easy what to do.

As a woman I should re evaluate my own dating market value and maybe lower my standards. Try out guys that don't look like top 10% at first sight.

As a man the options are limited. Of course you can also lower your standards, but that won't necessarily help you. So maybe as a man the thing to do according to RP would be, trying to get into shape and make more money, so you get closer to the top 10%.

So Ive read a few of your comments and I’m think to some extent this post is trolling. The part in your post about most women being red pill also indicates that to me.

Either way I’ll answer. While I don’t agree with the generalizations I’ve seen of the genders with red pill I do like the emphasis there is on bettering yourself. Happiness doesn’t come just from your partner, matter fact I think it’s unlikely to come from your partner.

Instead you should focus on bettering yourself. Make sure you body is in shape. That requires adequate exercise, nutrition and sleep. That alone will take up a decent amount of time in your life. Another focus should be securing a financial position where you are able to enjoy leisure activities. Living paycheck to paycheck will always bring stress and unhappiness. If happiness is landing a top 20 percent man, a well paying job will allow you to get surgery to appeal to them as a long term partner.
