I like, just learned this and it is an absolute doozy unlearning all the shit I internalized that was just OBVIOUSLY men projecting. I literally just got out of therapy, sobbing, as I tried to explain some fucked up thought pattern I hadn't even realized came from something an ex told me - that I didn't exercise enough, when I exercised 4 hours a day on average. This was early pandemic and he had been letting himself go throughout our (very short) relationship, and his lack of fitness was set in stone by the pandemic while I kept exercising regularly. Looking back it was so obviously projection.

More things I have been told that were projection:

anything about my weight or body shape. It's always one or a combo of: guy feeling bad about his own weight or, MORE LIKELY, guy feeling bad that he's pedo or gay. I'm not joking. I have a very boyish/childish body and looking back...I think some of my exes were ashamed of being attracted to it.
I don't work hard enough - by men with no more than a bachelors, if that.
criticism of my workout routine, always by men who don't work out as much as me or more often, men who got in shape once and couldn't maintain it
mansplaining and condescension. I'm highly educated and it makes men very insecure.
comments about how I should have children by now or why am I doing this and not being a mom. Always by men who are much older and clearly insecure about not having a "legacy"
anger at me wearing makeup. Again by men who were definitely suppressing stuff, or insecure about their own lack of effort and attention from the opposite sex.
comments that I should tan, from men who tan regularly. Projection. They know deep down they wasted their money to increase their cancer risk and didn't get any of the expected lady attention so they need to project to others that they made the right choice and everyone else should do it too.
criticism of my substance abuse history and present (I'm not shy about it). Always from men with no self control around porn, internet, food, etc. They hate I can admit my problems and that I have worked on improving them through gradually cutting out addictions
criticism of aspects of me that are due to nothing other than lack of opportunity (financial privilege) ie - not knowing how to surf, ffs, I live in a land-locked state. Projection. They feel bad about who they really are so cling to their privilege cause it's all they have, that summer at surfing camp daddy paid for or whatever.
any form of racism, sexism, bigotry...I don't even have to explain this one

The 'women age like milk' line especially makes me laugh, because women as a whole not only look great for their age in general but usually know how to look good without much effort. Brush your hair and use moisturizer with SPF, it's not that hard. Society doesn't expect men to put on makeup, use skincare, etc... the bar is on the floor and yet they still struggle to reach it. Meanwhile here I am, a 36 year old woman that looks much younger than she is, trying to find a man my age that doesn't look like a chewed up wad of gum. It's like as soon as they hit 33-34 they age by a decade and start getting that 'Florida man' look.

Basically all criticism is projection,

"Women are shallow and only want ChadS" Women are almost always with a guy that's less attractive than them, while guys don't even acknowledge girls that are 'unattractive'

"Women can't drive" Majority of car accidents are caused by men.

"Women can't be friends with other Women!" Meanwhile guys can be 'best bros' with a guy and have no idea what's his last name is or what's going on in his life cause they only meet up to play games.

"Women talk so much" I'm not even gonna bother with this one, have you ever been a room with a man? He literally won't shut up, to the point he'll talk over you, interrupt you and will go mental if you try to ignore him.

Also the idea that women talk more than men when the exact opposite was proven.

And the incel talking point that women are shallow. We all know beautiful women with unattractive men. Hell, I was one of them at one point. Rarely see the opposite though.

To understand the "women are emotional" trope one needs to consider what emotion mean to LVM: LVM like to portray themselves as the "logical sex", which is quite to opposite to their view on women as the "emotional sex". To them emotion = women = vulnerability; while on the other hand logic = man = strength. LVM's fragile sense of masculinity is based on being the opposite of a women, a not-women, if you will. Their identity is relative to women's identity so they need to control what it means to be a women in order to feel like a man. Nothing new so far, but it explains why they behave the way they do in your everyday life, so bear with me:

LVMs need to provoke you in every way possible. Starting from sexist jokes, over cutting you off, calling you slurs, playing dump, "forgetting" important things, negging,...to shouting at you and treats of violence (or worse). They need to prove to themselves that you react "emotional" because it means they can feel their manliness on your costs. This also means that they won't respect you if they succeed. Now, I'm NOT advocating in any way to be "cool girl". I'm saying that taking action against their treatment without displaying emotion frightens them. It frightens them to the core because they assume that women deliberately control them like them attempt to control women.

And this is, like OP stated, nothing more than male projection.

Meanwhile Donald Trump would regularly melt the fuck down on Twitter on a daily basis when he was president and did so regularly even well before he was even running for president. Also, did any one see Brett Kavanaugh at the gearing after Christine Blasey Ford testified? He was crying, accusing the whole thing as "revenge from the Clintons", screaming that he likes beer and being rude and accusatory to Amy Klobuchar and Sheldon Whitehouse who were just asking questions of him which IS THEIR JOB. And don't get me started about the hysterics by Lindsey Graham in that very same hearing.

But yeah, women are too emotional. Fuck them.

Women with daddy issues from single parent household aren't wife material i can't stop counting the broken men who have daddy issues and can't mantain a relationship compared to women with daddy issues .
