There’s basically 2 camps to this Jonah Hill situation, on the one hand many women seem to think that he was controlling to the point of being abusive.

This is because when he got with her she was already a surfing instructor who quite clearly did the things he said he was uncomfortable with.

On the other hand there’s people like me who thinks he did absolutely nothing wrong and this is just a display of more female solipsism.

From the RP perspective women will morally shame perfectly okay actions like wanting to remove one’s presence and love from a situation they no longer feel is working for them simply because they don’t want men they like to be able to exercise this power.

Thus from my POV he simply discovered he’s actually not okay with something and had previously discussed this, eventually getting to “I can’t continue this relationship in this current form”

There’s nothing wrong with that imo.

But my question in the title essentially flips the script. You meet a guy who’s into porn maybe he even sells art h makes online and also follows instagirls he knows who post half naked shots on insta.

You discover this early on into the relationship and for whatever reason, maybe he’s still charming warm and kind, makes you feel both validated and desirable so you end up in a relationship with him.

If you do this and change your mind about his habits months or maybe even years down the line and communicate this are you controlling like Jonah Hill?

If not why?
