My (M26) wife (F26) and I have been together for 9years (married for 3.5) and have a 3yo child. She developed feeling for a coworker and then cheated on me with him. I took it as a chance to work on our issues and have a fresh start. I forgave her and showed her my love and support. Then two weeks later she came out and told me she doesn’t love me anymore and hasn’t loved me for a long long time. She said dozens more hurtful things and ripped my heart out. I still had faith in her and wanted her to so badly realize things are just in a rut and we need help to get through it. We spent three weeks separated but not apart. They were agonizing and she treated me like complete garbage. She also had her location blocked from my view. I was suspicious but she kept telling me she has no contact with him.

Fast forward to last night. She was extraordinarily on edge all evening, I tried to figure out what was wrong and got nothing out of her. She went into her bedroom and masturbated for hours. I worked on getting our son to sleep. She came out more so in a huff and began isolating herself. I went to sleep and woke up seeing all the lights still on so I went to check on her. I saw she was playing fortnite and had her fuck buddy coworker in the party with her. She wasn’t there and my heart sank. Clearly she’s been lying and in contact with him.

I found her on the back porch on a call with him at 3:30am. I confronted her and she said they’ve been friends again at work only for the past week or so. I pressed and told her she’s done, to get out of my life and go be a whore somewhere else. While she waited to have me calm down she let me look through her phone and I discovered they’ve been chatting for the past 4 weeks. Talking about cruises, talking about how horrible I am and how excited she will be to be rid of me and be with him. She sent him inappropriate pictures and more. I called out her constant fucking lies and she came clean and said she’s been fucking him since last week at his place while I was away.

She said she knows she’s a fucking idiot and I let her leave with nothing but her clothes and backpacks for work.

Help me take the steps I need to destroy her life like she’s destroyed mine. I have evidence on her admitting the affair on recording, and I have pictures and videos of her have sex and other sexual misconduct in her cubicle at work. What do I need to do right away. I have my son with me and I’m currently taking everything out of the house and moving it to my fathers. Everything.

I am planning to go to the family court today and start the process. I don’t have any money really and my job pays poorly. She has a good starter job while she earns her masters and then she will move into a position that pays substantially better around spring ‘24. I told her I would destroy her career if she did this shit. So what’s the best way to go about getting revenge? And making this process as painful and difficult for her?

TLDR: wife cheated, I wanted to have a fresh start and give her a chance but she used my mercy to take control and proceed to continue cheating behind my back. I kicked her out last night and am taking everything I can from the house now. What more can I do to ensure she gets screwed over as much as possible?
