Do you think it's harder to find a good job or a good partner?

Please notice that I said good job and good partner, not just 'a.'

I have always drawn ties between the search for a job and the search for a mate. There's an interview process where both parties dance around the subject of what really brought them here, there's an ever-increasing list of qualifications, the relationship is based on effort for a promised reward, and the relationship ends when the stress outweighs the benefits.

I've lived most of my life without a good job, and I think I've only had good times with reasonable partners.
