There is a big assumption often made that older = more sexually/romantically experienced = better able to take advantage of younger. And this sentiment is multiplied times ten if its an older man. But theres never evidence provided for this, and in fact theres quite a bit of evidence against it.

Like we know there is this huge demographic of young women that are taking advantage of hundreds, of thousands, even millions of men who are often older, i.e. with Only Fans or Instagram, etc. This isn't talked about, and in fact its the men who are usually blamed, for being simps and not having self control, even though this is an example of power dynamic abuse according to BP, the younger woman is the more sexually/romantically experienced, taking advantage of the less experienced men. These aren't isolated incidents we can sweep under the rug, its an entire multi billion dollar industry.

Even among the average population, the assumption doesn't represent the majority. I'm sure most of us have seen the viral stats from Washington post about how young male virginity is on the rise (https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2019/03/29/share-americans-not-having-sex-has-reached-record-high/). Which basically looks at number of men aged 18-30 who haven't had sex since they were 18, where in 2018 the number was 28% (pre covid, so probably higher now), whereas for women it was 18%. If these numbers are valid, it basically means the average man in the US is less experienced than the average woman of the same age. Meaning, its very possible that an 18yo woman is as sexually/romantically experienced, if not more, than a 30yo man.

BP will still cling to their assumption, despite the fact that they don't hold the same standards when genders are reversed. A big example of this is how common it is for older women to go after young athletes, even baby trapping them, which isn't spoken about aside from RP spaces and fringe sports channels. Scottie Barnes(22) had a kid with a 33yo woman, Jalen Green(22) had a kid with a 39yo woman who has a 22yo son herself, Anthony Edwards(23) dating a 30yo woman who has 2 kids (one with rapper Chief Keef) (apparently rumours Edwards was baby trapped by a bunch of other women too). These are just some of the cases that came out this year alone. And what is the typical response? "Maybe they're in love", "he should've kept it in his pants", "he should man up and take responsibility for the kids".

At the very least we CANNOT say for certain that the majority of older men have more experience thus they will manipulate younger women, because theres evidence against it, and no evidence provided by the other side. On top of that if men who are taken advantage of are just blamed for being stupid, we should hold the same standard when women are taken advantage of, unless you want to also admit that women are intellectually inferior and lack responsibility and should all go back in the kitchen.
