Double and triple texting is fine. If a chick is busy or has a lot of friends texting her, she might lose track of your text. People always say "oh well if X celebrity texted her, she'd respond instantly." Sure, but you're not X celebrity. While you should always be trying to increase your SMV, you have to live in the present. I send a double text a day or two after, and if I still don't get a response, I shoot a Hail Mary triple text a few days after that. The more attractive you are, the more you can be yourself around women. Guys that aren't attractive feel like they need to fake their confidence or act "cool" to compensate and get girls.
1. While there are rare exceptions, the majority of people are able to become attractive, and blame it on genetics. Most people can make themselves a 7/10 just by being lean enough and having good fashion.

I'm still introverted, awkward, and have no game but I still get girls (at this point I'm able to go on 1 to 2 new dates per week but put dating on hold to focus on other goals) because I worked on my appearance, and that I'm honest with women. Women deserve commitment just as much as men. There’s this idea in PUA circles that once you’re “high value,” women should be happy to share you. I see that as manipulation; women tricked into undervaluing themselves. If my wife ever suggested that, I’d worry for her self-worth.
PUA lingo is toxic and unhelpful. Terms like compliance, resistance, IOIs, and DHVs try to gamify dating and calculate social dynamics, but what they really do is reinforce unhealthy mindsets and emotionally distance men from the women they are trying to connect with.
Marriage and kids should be the end goal, not sleeping around forever. Your life should be about more than treating others like sex toys for hedonistic pleasure.
You can say whatever you want to women as long as it comes from a genuine place. You can compliment straight away, text back instantly, double/triple text if you like. You can talk about sex right off the bat, you can make inappropriate jokes, it’s all fine. 99% of the issue guys have is not whether or not they picked the right thing to say - it’s how they said it and what the motivation was behind the words.
Charisma should be built from the ground up, not by reverse-engineering someone else’s game. It can be helpful to see how a master carries himself in a conversation, but the most fundamental aspects of your charisma will always come down to mindsets and motivations, not mimicking techniques.

You could be better than 99% of guys in about a week, which is effectively a bootcamp, but guys make this overcomplicated for no reason.

Women are attracted to confidence (status). Confidence is based on one thing, are you comfortable expressing yourself in a given situation? That's it.

Guys spend an endless amount of time discussing and contemplating tangents to that; seeking permission and reassurance to rationalise a sense of worth, but it doesn't relate shit to how you handle social pressure.

Fundamentally, all you have to do is prove to your brain you have status in a situation. You express yourself freely, you be loud and boisterous, and if no one takes issue, then you'll feel the 'permission' to continue. That's it. There's 'macro' and 'micro' version of that. If you have a sense of status in one situation, it's a narrow situational confidence; if you do it across many situations, you have a more grounded core confidence.

The only problem is that it won't go so smoothly because it hinges on "if no one takes issue". People instinctively feel a strong aversion to people 'trying to step up'. If you're just loud and proud, people accept it. If you're hesitant, if you're trying to be high status, if you don't believe you have the permission but do it anyway, that's when you get shamed, rejected, ridiculed, etc. Which is the point. People reward high status behaviour and punish low status behaviour, there's no room to try to behave otherwise. Learning seduction is bridging that gap in the most non-confrontational way possible.

There are realistic ways of achieving that, like having a mentor to effectively 'go first' and pave the way (a bootcamp). Just fucking going for it, talking to everyone in the environment, building a sense of familiarity and feeling the benefits of that. Whatever route, you have to take action, become situationally comfortable doing so and feel a sense of 'status' to be able to express yourself.

Things like "just be good-looking bro", "it's a numbers game", "it's complicated", "you have to say this and not this", all nonsense. Yes, your sense of confidence is random if you don't take responsibility. No, you can't just look like a marketing image, and you're good to go. No, you don't have to micromanage everything, what you're saying doesn't matter. No, your 'mindsets' do nothing for you, you just reflexively react to pressure. Most people's advice on 'confidence building' makes my head spin, it's firmly rooted on trying to avoid talking to people, which is the whole fucking point.
