I’ve probably had over 40 dates so far this year and never had anyone ask me to do that before ngl. I would advise you on figuring out how to seek out different types of women

it depends on where you are tho and how much money you have. I've heard some NYC guys who make good money who are all about sending girls Ubers to the date cuz then it insures they actually come and don't flake, and an uber is not much in the grand scheme of a NYC date.

If she was genuinely interested in going out with you, she would provide her own transportation. That’s what adults do.

If she genuine didn’t have the money to uber, but still wanted to see you, she would explain that she wants to see you but is in a. Tough place between jobs and needs to pay rent, or had an unexpected vet bill for her cat, etc.

Honestly this sounds to me like the work of scammers. Usually it’s some 55 year old dude from another country pretending to be an American girl and they are looking for ways to naturally ask you to send them money only to ghost as soon as they know they’ve gotten you.

It’s not even always someone catfishing, I’ve seen this happen with real people with their real pics on their profile and those are even worse imho. Sounds like you’ve got this issue going on with one or both of these matches unfortunately

Idk man. I’m o ld but I would just pick them up and drop them off in my car. This seems like the equivalent of that. Also I think over has a “wait and save” as well as a carpool-type feature each of which is less e xpensive than normal.

Some women are explicitly looking for a certain level of wealth. I think she's basically a gold digger, but to an extent this is understandable.

Personally, I wouldn't pick a bombshell I have no connection with over a less attractive girl I do, but consider this:

If you had 10 women wanting to date you, but only monogamously, and you click with all of them in different, but compatible ways, and could see a relationship with any of them, are you really going to pick the poorest, ugliest, dumbest ones? Or are you going to pick the hot doctor?

It's just a fact of life most people are with one person at a time and for most of the time. So people look for ways to sort them.

None of this means you can't be happy, a lot of kings in history lived with less material wealth than most people in first world countries today. And most people were living in a one room wood hut and many still loved their spouse. Comparison is the thief of joy.

If everyone refused to drive any car but a Lambo or take any job for less than 1M/yr, almost everyone would be homeless and walking everywhere. And yet plenty of people are happy with a decent salary and car.

Side note: This is a world shitty politics have brought you. I'm pretty certain growing wealth and income income inequality is a factor in modern dating problems. (Not the only one.)

When things are more even, everyone can live a decent life and thus wealth becomes a less relevant question in dating. Get involved.
