I often hear especially from TRP about men devoting themselves to "inner game" if they want to attract a woman. This is the type of advice I would see on TRP:

Lift and eat super clean so you can have low fat and some visible musculature. If you have abs or nice arms, it's typically a good sign. For most guys this often takes lifestyle changes, insane effort and dedication.

Even if you're an introvert, become more confident by joining acting classes, improv group, public speaking. Seek out social situations that you don't enjoy and fake it till you make it. Destroy your approach anxiety by approaching 100 girls.

Learn how to build comfort and escalate. There might be last minute resistance but she's just insecure about what her friends think or about her own body.

RP men seem totally ok with average bodies and makeup on average faces. They seem ok with a girl who doesn't spend a bunch of time devoting herself to attractive hobbies -- it's enough if she just likes scrapbooking or traveling. Oh really you like going on vacation? Lol. There is no universal personality requirement like "confident" that exists for women. The bar seems set at "sane". If a woman is rife with insecurities, you just need to navigate around that. God forbid we expect women to deal with their shit the way we are expected to or get kicked to he curb the way we would be had we not.

This is the reason I'm not RP anymore. I started doing it and it worked, then I noticed that women put SO little effort into developing themselves and I'm just supposed to be ok with that putting all this work into me. If I saw a woman version of "inner game" I'd be so motivated! We want to be better for each other. But I just never saw that and I got tired of being the only one turning myself into something the other would love, while i end up with a chick I tolerate and on top of hat feel thankful for it.
