There is often a sense of dread when it comes to aging as you start to lose your youthful attractiveness. For people who are average or below average this doesn’t really faze them but for people who have always been in the spotlight, losing their attractiveness is a hard fall.

Age catches up to all of us eventually, it’s a part of life but this idea that 30 is when it starts hitting hard is kind of bogus in my opinion. Everyone I know, man and woman alike, who look like shit now in their 30s and up despite looking like Chad/Stacey in their teens and twenties is due to poor lifestyle.

Those who spent the previous decade smoking, drinking, tanning, partying, doing drugs, having unprotected sex, etc are the ones who look like shit now. Those who have stayed active, didn’t smoke, drank in moderation, and ate healthy have aged much more gracefully.

There are exceptions to this as some people got a shit draw in the genetic lottery or have developed a disease that affects their looks.

Yes, there are signs of aging at 30 that are natural and out of your control such as faint wrinkles, thinning hair, slower metabolism etc but if you take care of yourself, you can maintain your peak attractiveness for at least another decade or two.

Édit: I’m referring to the Wall in regards to youthful attractiveness, NOT fertility.
