I got a TON of salty male tears because of this post. Many of the comments said something like (generously paraphrasing here) "you're conflating all men with redpillers, redpillers and PUA are only a tiny percent of the population, most men aren't like that, you're making a big deal out of nothing, etc."

And I think this is a perfect example of how men are completely disconnected from reality and feel zero empathy for women. Dear men: just because you personally don't consider yourself a redpiller, doesn't negate the lived reality of women's experiences with modern dating culture.

TRP has been around for 10 years now, and pickup artistry has been around for decades. They've had a long time to spread their ideas, and their brand of extreme misogyny has infiltrated mainstream media in recent years. They aren't just some niche internet forum anymore, these men exist in real life.

Extreme misogynists such as redpillers and PUAs are a problem, and there are a lot more of them than most people seem to think.

For one, there's a reason why TRP/PUA is appealing to a lot of men. When boys/men discover the manosphere for the first time, they relate with a lot of that content because they've already been primed by a lifetime of misogyny. Even men who have never heard of the red pill tend to act in a way that could be described as "redpill lite" because they were already misogynists.

Two, many of the public figures who are worshipped by redpillers have millions of followers, and have a lot of mainstream influence. Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, etc. promote redpill ideas and are worshipped by virtually every low value scrote I've ever met. There's also hundreds of redpill/PUA "dating coaches" on social media who got rich selling "courses". Those courses are being bought by somebody. If redpill/PUA men were really so rare, these "seduction experts" wouldn't be making so much money.

Three, a lot of the tactics that are promoted by TRP/PUA are actually extremely common, and were first pioneered by ordinary, run-of-the-mill emotional abusers. "Negging" (put-downs), "dread game", and other "tactics" promoted by the manosphere are literally just emotional manipulation and abuse. Men like this existed even before the red pill. Negging is the one that gets brought up every time because of how extremely common it is. Speaking from personal experience, almost every time a guy tries to talk to me, his opening line is usually some kind of insult or backhanded compliment.

Most men nowadays literally just don't know how to interact with women without insulting us.

For women, modern dating culture is exhausting, hostile, toxic, and deeply influenced by extreme misogyny. Redpillers and PUA are NOT a minority. Even if they are a relatively small group numerically speaking, they are extremely vocal, and women nowadays are getting a lot of exposure to them because they encourage their followers to hit on as many women as possible. The vast majority of women on FDS have been chewed up and spat out by some redpiller at some point in our dating history, and we're fucking sick and tired of being treated this way!
