A common theme here is saying that men have more unfair standards than women. Most prominent example:

For men it's height and for women weight, but women can just lose weight while men can't grow any taller.

Yes I get this, and fat women are definitely not attractive. Neither are fat men though, and being fat also isn't the only way in which women can be unattractive. Both men and women can work out, dress well, and try to make the best out of what they've got.

Here's a list of things I can think of off the top of my hat that women can't change though:

  • Facial features.
  • Size of their tits without being fat, basically.
  • Height and proportions. Can't grow your legs any longer either.
  • Skin diseases etc.

Same for men:

  • Facial features.
  • Height.
  • Genetic issues, such as receding hairline.
  • Skin diseases etc.

So yeah this seems pretty similar to me.

I'll acknowledge beforehand that for women it's easier to find someone to fuck them regardless of how they look, that's just a given, but they're still not seen as attractive just because of that.

Are there some other issues I overlooked?
