Even if you're a spontaneous person, you need to do at least a leetle bit of planning. Plan on bringing an umbrella if you want to go on a walk and it might rain. Plan on when to go to the cinema to catch the movie you want to see. Plan to bring enough money to pay for whatever you're going to do, how to get there and back, when to leave to be punctual... You get the idea.

What he told you with his answer is literally that he doesn't intend to put in any effort at all. Guy's a keeper, definitely. /s

You can't spontaneously go to a ticketed event worth seeing, dine anywhere decent without booking...nor can you plan your outfit if you don't know where you're going (the beach vs the Opera are two very different dress codes).

I think it's OK to give an idea of the kind of dates you're into (e.g. I like high-end fusion Asian food, and watching interesting foreign films at the cinema, and I'm allergic to peanuts). But if the man can't take the initiative and make plans that cater to your needs and tastes...it's a big NOPE.

"Real, real bad at planning" is code for "have zero expectations of me".

An example of being spontaneous is deciding one night that you will go hiking the next morning and inviting someone, you organise the picnic, pick the person up and drive. Then maybe while you’re hiking, you see a waterfall and you spontaneously decide to go swimming even though you don’t have your cozzies. You can be spontaneous and still plan a little. These scrotes are just lazy and boring because they can’t imagine leaving their gaming/porn dens to go live.

They truly think it's them being romantic by letting the woman pick what she wants. I especially hate when they suggest going somewhere (usually back to their place) IMMEDIATELY like it could be 2am and they expect a date at the drop of a hat.

I usually like to ask them to paint me a picture, like as a pretend date and see what they say. Most of the time it’s nothing good. Just a bunch of park and movie dates. Lol

One of them wanted sex after four dates, which consisted of a movie date, walks in the park, and small dinners where we split 50/50. Another guy wanted to take me on a hike in a forest with McDonald’s. Lol They were obviously unmatched pretty quickly.

Nice swerve! Good job seeing the red flag of "im spontaneous" because that's their lie usually along with "im chill / laid back /just want to see what happens/ go with the flow/ love down to earth girls".

One time when I was a pickme the dude I was seeing decided to be spontaneous and "wanted to take me somewhere special" so I said I'd get dressed up... and the dude takes me to a hiking trail covered in a lot of big rocks, going up a mountain which was step. The rocks were massive you had to basically climb. I was in a dress and heels. I got out and looked and saw what was ahead of us and other hikers literally laughing and gawking at Me and called him out "why the hell would you take me hiking and not tell me, you can see what I'm wearing. We are leaving now, you need to take me home."

I met a guy on old and he asked me if I wanna go out because he's in the neighborhood. I declined and explained that I can't because it's last minute. He then proceeds to tell me how good it is to be spontaneous. I let him finish then explained that I literally can't because I'm doing something else.

Fast forward a couple of days, and he asked me out in the same way. I, again, said I can't it's last minute.

A couple of days later, yes you guessed it, he does the same thing. So I stopped responding.

This was before FDS, but even then I couldn't believe how entitled this guy is to my time (we never met before). But most importantly, he showed me from the beginning that he dosen't give a fuck what I want, even when I'm being very clear about it. And also, how stupid can he be to miss the opportunity of meeting me because he refuse to say "hey, are you free this weekend?". 🤡

I dated a guy like that and the most memorable thing that happened was that we, after a long stroll with absolutely no plans, ended up in a really dingy café (because I was starving) where I had to buy my own sandwich and coffee. I got food poisoning during the night and shat myself while running to the toilet. That's the strongest memory I have of dating Planless Peter.
