And a well cared for baby doesn't sit around in a dirty nappy all day. Everyone knows when a baby needs to be changed. The nappy is literally just there to protect the baby's clothes/furniture and then be changed immediately. That's why mothers bring clean nappies out with the baby.

I don't like tampons or menstrual cups and I have really heavy periods so I have to wear those thick overnight pads. It feels gross and like I'm wearing a diaper.
