Today I hired an acquaintance to be my assistant/secretary at work. I specifically hired her so she could get off OnlyFans and out of working at a convenience store. We've been chatting online and she hated her life and her jobs so much I wanted to help.

I've never really needed an assistant but all the dudes in my same position have one ( they don't really need them either they're just fucking lazy/like having women to order around ) ....and the money is in the company budget so it may as well get used, yeah? She's getting $19.50 an hour and insurance and in 45 days I can give her a raise ( the other assistants make $21 an hour ) So she'll be on her way UP now, and maybe get to go back to college next year.

And then I thought... I have 11... yeah 11 😿 other acquaintances who are doing camgirl stuff to make ends meet. Barely. Nobody I know really makes serious money doing that shite.

So my personal project for the next couple of months is to network these ladies into REAL jobs, decent ones. My clients are business owners and property owners.... just spoke to one today who needs an apartment manager for a 45 unit building... that's a good job and I'm sending another acquaintance there. I'm cherry picking who I network though, some of my clients are real assholes and I wouldn't stoop to sending them a bag of dogshit, let alone a decent human.

My goal is to get all 11 ladies out of camgirling and into serious work by the end of July, let's see how I do with this.
