Happened to me during my divorce/custody battle. When “rape” allegations didn’t work, the next move was to accuse me of molesting my children. Only thing that saved me was my children were interviewed by the court individually prior at the start of the trial so all her bullshit did nothing.

Today my kids live with me full time and they are doing great. What happened to my ex after all the false accusations and slanderous attacks that I had to endure ?????

This used to be a HUGE problem in Sweden back in the nineties. So huge that something like 50% of the fathers in custody battles were accused of molesting their kids.

After a while a reporter decided to do something about it and wrote a book, but sadly that book was ice cold because literally nobody (besides the fathers) cared about it. This was a while ago so I don’t remember all the details, but it was a huge problem and nobody gave a shit about it. Many fathers died in prison because of this - either by killing themselves or being beaten to death.

Glad you’re getting help... but I would be worried the therapist would argue it’s the mothers right to destroy you because of her fee-fee’s. She feels she is only protecting her daughter and destroying a man is par for the course for women.

Three problem is that losing the ability to trust women in this situation is rational. It’s not some problem. Any human being that is put in a situation where bad behavior is taught, encouraged and almost never punished will rot from the inside. Power corrupts. Women are being handed power over everything and they are being corrupted by it because they hold no accountability. I wouldn’t trust women either in the course of marriage and kids.

If they want trust? They’re going to have to sacrifice and put themselves into a situation where punishment is very severe and highly probable for bad behavior.

But what therapist is honest enough to admit these things? I suspect they will either focus on behaviorism which means they will talk about your behavior and coping mechanisms to help you get back to the way you were... OR they will simp for the female and say she did nothing wrong and you need to man up.

Holy shit. This happened to my dad and my little sister. The judge later told me in private he though my dad was innocent. The "witness" also got a very large sum of CHRISTMAS money (note this witness was not family) after the trial about a year later from the mom (not my real mom)

My dad went to jail for many years over this. I'll never know 100% if he's innocent or not, but I've also been suspicious.

Edit: as awful as it is what happened to this person, I've never been able relate about this with anyone.

I have a case to share. Sometime ago a famous soccer player called Neymar got accused o rape by a woman he met in a hotel room in Paris. The idiot woman even filmed the whole situation in secrecy to use it against him. It happens he shares their chat and the videos on internet clearly showing that it was something planned before. To resume the opera, she wasn't able to prove she got raped, her ex husband told news channel she was a crazy unstable bitch, she throwed away her phone which contained "proof" of the rape. In the end he was considered inocent (mostly because he is milionarie and has infinite resources and best laywers). But here is the best part. Despite having lost money and business oportunities, he could not prove he did not raped her so he couldn't sue her for false rape accusation. The moral is, they can damage your life and reputation without proof and you will never be able to do anything because even if you didn't raped her, you can't prove it. I recommend anyone here to secretely record any human interaction with a woman. Just keep the recordings to yourself. If the time comes, you will be glad to have them.

This happened to me too, multiple times! It’s taken nearly all of my money, I no longer trust people, and I video all my time with my daughter now. I am guilty until proven innocent. I have never once done anything wrong, and am an exemplary parent. At any moment my ex decides she wants to, she makes up a lie or two about me abusing my daughter, the state revokes my access to her, and I have to re-engage in supervised visitations again. I have done YEARS of supervised visits. My ex needs no proof, and it’s instantaneous. I’ve almost gotten used to it now. My ex gets proven to be lying under oath, and nothing ever happens to her. Believe it or not, there are many that have it much worse than me. I honestly hate this society and want to see it burn.

A friend of mine had this happen to him. ex wife accused him of molesting their daughter when he was divorcing her due to her drug use. He lost all custody immediately. His wife had even told people if he ever tried to divorce her she would do that. He worked for a company with a government contract, lost his job, friends, and daughter. He was left with nothing. He hasn't seen his daughter in over 10 years because he didn't have the funds to fight it after losing his job.

By the way he narrates this and judging by other comments, it seems that at least 50% of the problem relates to his daughter going along with this. If a simple interview with her daughter could clear him and his father of all charges, I wonder if that interview ever happened and what were his daughter's replies.

My ex wife did this to me. She was the breadwinner by far. She filed divorce and demanded spousal/child support in her filing. After the court evaluated the financials and determined she would owe me, she dropped the atomic bomb to reduce her financial obligations. I didn't even ask for money. She forced the issue. We have boys so the molestation accusation probably wouldn't have stuck so she accused me of violence against them. Zero evidence. Zero prior complaints. Court treated me like a criminal.

She was cool too. Liked weird music. Didn't care about fashion. Didn't wear noticable make up. Wasn't overly concerned with money, as she married down with me. Don't kid yourselves.

My mom pulled that shit on my dad during their separation/ divorce. At 7 years old I was prevented from seeing my father for nearly a year, and only got to see him for 1 hour long 'supervised visits' with a social service worker for 2 years following. It wasn't until I was 10 that I got to spend time with him alone, and not until I was 12 that I was allowed to spend the night at his place.

I'm nearly 40 years old now and I still vividly remember my father showing up at my school just to see me (during that year when he was completely blocked from doing so), and being dragged away by the police saying 'Your Father loves you' while my brother and I watched with tears streaming down our faces.

This is a tragic story but not unexpected. There was a male teacher at my friends all female school. He was a great teacher who tried his best to do his job well and get girls into university and encouraged STEM fields (while the female careers advisors told girls not to go into STEM fields).

One of the girls single mothers needed some cash so she told her daughter to tell the police the teacher sexually assaulted her after class, made up a whole fabricated story, media jumped on it like a bi**h in heat. His life was ruined and the mother sued him. Eventually the mother and daughter were found guilty of falsifying evidence (since the mother beat her daughter to make it look like a struggle) and assault among other charges.

Dude was found not guilty. The school didn’t like the bad press and fired him. Even when men are innocent they are bludgeoned by society and it makes me realise why some men choose to reject it entirely.

It’s understandable that many wealthy white me go to Eastern Europe or Asia for young trophy wives because those women know a good thing when they see it. Mutual benefit mutual gain. The west needs to really address its problem with aggressive spoilt women.

Well the kid's father accused my dad of sexually abusing them during the custody battle. Of course, he later admitted that he lied. But once you make that kind of accusation, you can never take it back, it hurt my parents, my sister and the kids.

Judges and courts are just bureaucrats. If they aren't involved in corruption/payoffs they'll usually take the easy way out. Given the volume of people they may see, after a while the people in the courtroom are just units to be processed, cases to be cleared as quickly as they can.

I think he was redpilled. Because he told me how fucked up some of his female patients are. How the female patient would try to get with therapists they got the tingles for. I think of happiness derived from marriage like a stock. Say there was a stock which you could buy; at best it could gain say 20%. But on the flip side, not only can it go to 0 it can go infinitely below, putting you into massive debt and ruining you. A capped 20% gain in money/happiness while risking infinite misery and destruction. Now what if I told you it's probability of going down is 80%, probability of staying neutral is 10%, and only a 5% probability of hitting that 20% gain. Not a good stock right? That's how I estimate the risk profile of marriage.
