It's promoting good behavior. Why would anyone possibly get offended by this? It's just encouraging Black people to be the best they can be. What's so wrong about that? Why are Black people so sensitive?

Feminists have developed a extensive toolbox to conceal their misandry. They have re-defined sexism to exclude sexism against men. They use academic-sounding language like 'patriarchy', 'toxic masculinity', and 'systemic hegemony'. They use shaming tactics like 'male fragility' or 'not all men'. They appeal to the mystical 'women's way of knowing' when their theories contradict statistics. They create justifications like 'only 1% of the candies are poison'. It fools nobody but themselves.

I can't tell you how many times I've been groped, whether it was my crotch or ass. I guess being a man means that women can do whatever they want to a guy without any consequences. Most feminist act like women never sexual harass anyone, whether it's physically or verbally. The hypocrisy is unreal and I, and many others, are getting tired of it.

The standard Social Justice response to this (which I see below in the comments, actually) is going to be something of the form of the following:

"Yes but men have privilege and black people don't, therefore it's okay to treat men differently than black people."

Which goes back to how Social Justice has redefined prejudice itself in such a way that they get to weaponize it while others don't. This is a pretty good primer on how that works. You can't even have these conversations with Social Justice people because when you say certain words, they hear completely different meanings for the words than you understand them to mean. A dialog is impossible.

It’s racist to say that Black people are the only race committing crimes, it’s not incorrect the vast majority of sexual crimes against women will be by straight men. But if there is a community predominantly black that is committing a disproportionate amount of criminal activity you have an investigation into why that is and try to change the instances of why that is. There no instance (as far as I know) within black culture that says to be black you must commit crimes. But within hyper-masculine culture there is definitely saying that women are disposable things You’ve also commodified women in this instance saying that breaking into a house is the same as raping a person. Both objects. I’m for equality just don’t equate people to objects or try to justify racism with shitty arguments.

Trying to compare these two scenarios is not only disingenuous but also shows a pretty wild misreading of the concept of patriarchy.

Firstly, suggesting that the plights of black people and men (regardless of ethnicity) are equal or really even comparable is ludicrous and should be enough for this entire idea to be quickly abandoned. The suggestion only stands if completely removed from any real world context and historicity.

Both of these particular situations are produced however by various systems of oppression: economic and racial on one hand and patriarchy on the other. What crucially separates the two is that one involves property (objects) and one involves people (subjects), which by the way have been directly made equivalent in this case.

Patriarchy as a system relies upon the objectification of women and men. For women the effects are to remove autonomy (physically, economically, socially) which tend to have much more violent and deadly consequences, compared to women killing/raping/abusing men. For men the objectification requires shutting down emotion (man up), allegiance to patriarchal violence as a means to problem solve/show dominance and the belief that another person (any non-man or insufficiently patriarchal man) is inferior and not only potentially but rightfully dominated.

But you would only have a chance to encounter these ideas if you actually engaged with feminist ideas and literature instead of the straw-manning you see all over the internet in general but especially places like this.
