Personally, I only have sex in long term, committed, monogamous relationships and have never used them. Not really, anyway. To my mind, sex isn't even on the table until we're committed to one another. If you're having it with someone else, I'm not considering a relationship. I have been told it feels better without them. And my partners have been fully happy to not bother using them given that we were committed one another and were only with one another.

I also make it a point of being fully checked over and getting my blood-work done to make sure I've not contracted something, not noticed and might accidentally transmit to this person I care about.

But, regardless, if I were a person who wanted to sleep around, I'd sure like the option. In fact, if I were a person who wanted to sleep around, doing so without a rubber seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

Just because they don't fit into my life, doesn't mean that other people living different types of lives don't have really good reasons to use them.

Honestly, while not being into the idea of sleeping with someone I'm not exclusive with and not wearing protection sounds like putting your dick in a septic tank.

Don't they also have a massive impact on reducing AIDs and other STDs amongst people who are sleeping around?

Condoms aren’t utilized to enhance pleasure. They’re utilized for safety and to avoid pregnancy.

You're conflating the inability to maintain an erection due to a reduction in stimulus with erectile dysfunction; which is a medical issue. This needs a source for this correlation if you want it to support your argument. The one you listed does not have this correlation. Show a study linking condom usage to erectile dysfunction.

As for the rest of your argument, that's simply a preference. Just because something isn't preferred doesn't mean it should be illegal. Clearly there's more reasons someone may use a condom despite it not being the most pleasurable form of contraception.

They make latex free condoms. I know because I've used them because I'm allergic to latex. There's no risk to condom use, decreased pleasure is not a risk. It's a biproduct of safe sex and often a sign your condom isn't well fitted to you. And if you cannot stay hard, again, that's often a sign of it being the wrong size.

People can make their own decisions about pleasure without being told to do something because apparently they will enjoy it, especially when that thing increases risk of disease. Idk about you but I personally really enjoy being able to have sex without taking chemicals or putting things in my body that can harm my health, make me feel pain and/or decrease my sex drive do I don't even want sex in the first place. Nobody is forcing you to use them though, if you don't want to go ahead.
