Coming from the other angle, women will do almost anything, to try and lock you down. When younger I used to party. A lot. There were a ton of women that while I won’t say they took advantage, I certainly wouldn’t have entertained sober. For some men, the issue is vetting those type of women out.

Your argument that women are always 'tricked' into sex is a little off. The dating world has dynamics that have been studied by social psychology such as the male/female ration predicts sexual paterns within a structure. More men are on the dating apps than women, but most of these men are invisible to most of the women meaning that the pool of women is mostly looking for a limited pool of men. When women outnumber men, casual sex is much more common compared to when men outnumber women. If men outnumber women, women have more bargaining power and thus can hold off on sex and make men wait until they offer some degree of commitment. When women outnumber men, we see that sex is more likely to come without commitement because they men have more options.

Modern dating with apps means that most women are chasing top 20% men. Women get this idea and are willing to throw sex at these men early because they know that these guys can get it easioly from other women, and these guys are not particularly likely to stick around with one woman if she isn't giving him sex after a short time. This leads to women who throw sex at guys because they want them to stick around are form feelings and a relationship with them.

These men aren't tricking these women into anything for the most part. The women hope to keep these men around and they will get feelings for them (just like the women are to men) and it goes somewhere. Also this is hypergamy when women go after a much more attractive guy and sleep with him and try to negociate sexual exclusivity with him. She is using the one asset she has that will bring a much more attractive guy to her, when otherwise he isn't likely to date her or spend his time and energy on her.
