No. Seeing women as an overly shallow monolith will not help men with any woman, or with women. It will do the opposite. Fitness advice and understanding social intelligence will help, but the red pill hardly focuses on that. "Just lift Bro!" gets said a lot, but that's not evidence based, actionable, specific fitness advice. Anything that can be gained from these internet spaces can be gained even better by intentionally touching grass. Of course fitness is important and people don't like to be held responsible for other people's mental issues.

Certain red pill advice does work. Working out, being assertive , working on your confidence , improving looks etc are all things that will help you in life not just romance. However red pill takes common sense life advice and twists it into : all women are out to use you, so use them first.

This ends up actually ruining your chances because when you do end up meeting someone who is interested in you , they’ll be turned off if they catch a whiff of any redpill practices.

I once went on a date with a really cool guy who I could tell was a bit shy, everything went well until date #2 when he started negging. I instantly cut him off. He ruined his own chances with PUA tricks

It's a really poisoned ideology. It teaches men that women can not actually like them for who they are. So even if they get dates it's makes it impossible for them to feel mutual attraction, desire and love. Because she's just using them. Or "it's just you turn". It teaches men that women can not like them in mutual ways. And that is going to get in the way of ever feeling love even if they run into it.

I'll speak for myself only (22M). It did help me get laid and get into relationship, however:

It helped me to get laid, but it doesn't mean it magically made women attracted to me. Before RP I have been on only 1 date, that went poorly, after it I have been on ~16 dates in the span of 7 months and my bc right now is 6, compared to 0 before, which is a lot of progress if you ask me.
It helped me to get into a relationship, but it wasn't good one. It ended after 4 months of near constant fighting over the smallest things and it got so toxic to the point where a my then gf, cheated on me and I was already checked out so I broke things off. It is still better than nothing, because it gives me experience to evaluate my future relationships.

It needs to be said however, that RP was only partially helpful. When someone with adopted RP worldview tries to date, he will likely run into his own bitterness, which greatly hinders his own attractiveness. The RP parts that helped me to get laid are: maintaining frame, general PUA network of navigating dating and that no woman is a unicorn

It doesn't guarantee an ability to successfully apply that knowledge, plenty of people can understand something but not be able to do it, from mathematical calculations to art. But it is not possible to be successful in terms of obtaining casual sex or successful long-term relationships as a man without applying The Red Pill, whether you realise this is what you are doing or not.

A lot of red-pill advice is very self-denying. You're not enough. You're disgusting. You need to work on yourself. You need to act less like yourself. So I think attention you get by following it will always feel a bit hollow because you don't feel like you are getting the attention, but your persona that you practiced.

The other aspect of it is that it's very abusive towards your partner. It's designed to strip away their confidence and defenses, isolate them from other men, punish them for trying to set any boundaries (because it's all a shit-test and you need to be a dickhead to pass), etc. So the relationship you create by being like this has no chances of being healthy and happy.

And that is assuming you do use the advice successfully, which many won't.

Certain aspects of the red pill can absolutely lead to good relationships and being able to sleep around.

Focusing on your appearance, confidence, work, emotional stability, and overall charisma is very important to women.

The problem with the red pill is the conclusions it draws about women post giving some solid advice. It absolutely can give good opinions otherwise.

I also really don’t think they are sleeping around as much as they claim to tbh. Additionally as someone who dates both men and women it is really not too difficult to sleep with attractive people so long as you have the characteristics above. The difficult part is keeping someone good for a long period of time as a partner.

The self improvement aspect will help you with women, but everything else is toxic trash that will just turn you bitter. I've had a few men offer to be my sugar daddies and I declined all of them. I dated a guy who was a pizza delivery guy that was the same height as me (I'm 5'5") he was skinny not muscular and he lived in a trailer on some land. According to redpill I never would have been in a relationship with him and would have jumped at the chance to be a sugar baby. I date people that I have things in common with who I am attracted to. I'm pretty sure that is the exact same thing men look for in a girlfriend. Try to get some hobbies that women are attracted to, develop your sense of style and work on social skills. All of these things will make you feel more confident and comfortable talking to women and will benefit you way more than redpill

I’m not sure about TRP in particular, but some of the PÚA stuff is fairly effective, at least on certain women. I think part of it is that they have to be open to being picked up in the first place though? I won’t even lie, I pulled some fuckboy moves when I started dating women instead of men, and it worked pretty well. The biggest difference being that I actually wanted a long term relationship, and once I managed to attract someone who wanted that, my fuckboy days were mostly over. She’s still wildly attracted to me for whatever reason.

If you're young enough, I think it's ok. I met my partner at 27, and he was pretty red pilled from like 18-25 (from the stories).

He admits it was really toxic, and those relationships made him feel empty and almost always ended up being mutually abusive. I think people underestimate how damaging emotionally abusive relationships can be on guys. If you go into dating as a competition and you see women as a prize, you're not going to end up with mature, well-adjusted women. Unhealthy people can be really mean. You'll get laid, have fun, gain confidence, but it is not sustainable long term.
