Number 1 sounds solid, but the issue with this is that neither are totally realistic.

Sure if I find 1, I'd be inclined to lock it down, but there's a reason that would be called a good woman. They don't come around often. Between her, you must slog through goldiggers, cheats, liars, possible kids that may or may not support your relationship, insecurities on your or her part, etc.

The list goes on....

So really there's is no to pick. Either is a fantasy. Nobpoint in getting wrapped up in one. Just take relationships, or flings a day at a time, without putting someone on a pedastel or looking at only base characteristics. Nobody is as simplistic as that.

But overall really what's missing here is any male perspective on the matter at all. It's how she sees you and how exciting you think she thinks you are and whether you were her best ever (and lol at the assumption that #2 can't find better). Is she your best ever?

The problem is that you're framing the question as an either/or.

Humans adapt based off of outside stimuli.

What I'm trying to say is that the measure of a man's "material" is not based upon his static identity, but upon his ability to adapt between identities to suit the environment and the situation that he is in.

So let's frame this differently: men of the TheRedpill, do you value your ability to adapt? Yes.

Nothing in the world is static. Everything is based off of our perception. No man is "alpha" or "beta" in the literal sense: men have a combination of traits that earn them these titles for easy categorization based off of what behaviors they predominantly display.

So the beauty of TheRedPill is that it gives it's users the ability to manipulate the inner workings of their identity. Adaptation.

This is why so many men normally use them for such shallow ends, because it grants them a freedom that allows them to regress to the mean of humans: and humans are nothing but animals. That's not what's important, what's important is that the tools work.

To attempt to control the outcome of how the tools work is to break the tools themselves. Freedom. This is why moralizing on TheRedpill is so dangerous: you introduce the avenue for external forces to manipulate and subvert the system.

So basically: a redpilled man can be either, depending on the circumstances. Nothing is "outside" of his control. The question is time: how much time does he need to make a transition to be perceived as either/or.

Perception can be manipulated. I can buy a new suit, say I work a regular job, display beta behaviors- flowers, good morning texts, etc and slot myself comfortably into a provider slot in a woman's eye.

Conversely, I can quit my job, wear a muscle shirt, and train MMA everyday. I can be rude and dismissive. I've firmly slotted myself as "the guy to fuck."

Perception can be manipulated, both yours and others. I've been both guys above, TheRedpill simply gives you the tools to add and remove behaviors based off of your preferences at the time.

If I had a choice between being marriage material and fling material and I knew somehow that she had been more passionate with men who she had had flings with in the past, I’d choose to be fling material. If I knew that she was just as passionate for me, I’d choose to be marriage material.

The second. It's not that I would consider it ideal or merely desirable given the situation (girl being unicorn-like and all that), but the first one I'd really hate. Also, if a girl seriously considered (1) to be a reasonable idea, I wouldn't consider her a unicorn, and if she would consider me a suitable target for that idea, I would outright resent her.

As a man, the 2nd. I’m a slightly vain person though and feel that you can’t be validated for your looks as a man. unless women continue to have flings with you. You don’t even have to actually have sex, but if women aren’t flirting with you are showing signs they want to have flings/hookups with you, you are indeed unattractive.

Ugly men can easily be the marriage material kind of guy. If you had a good personality, show that you are someone that will be there for them and willing to take care of them and provide you’re marriage material.

Only attractive people are fling worthy. I’d rather be the attractive one over the unattractive one.
