Quickly, before the mods ban rape threads! This really happened to a male friend of mine a couple years ago.

Dan is a 23 year old extrovert, fresh out of college kindergarten to 2nd grade teacher. He often goes out drinking with his friend Adam. Both Sam and Adam enjoy casual sex. One night while they were out drinking Dan can very drunk. So drunk that he was black out drunk. We only know this story thanks to his more sober friend Adam.

While black out drunk at a bar Dan was approached by an older woman, roughly 50. They end up making up at the bar and grab an Uber to go to the woman's house for sex. Dan is still very drunk and throws up in the Uber, leaves the cougar and Uber and drunkingly walks threw a neighborhood. At one point he falls down and considers sleeping where he fell. Through unknown ways he managed to get home.

As far as is known, there was no sex that night. But was this woman taking advantage of him? If sex did happen, would it be rape? Does the gender/age difference matter here? Does it matter that he was black out drunk? How about that he was an active participant in the making out/Uber ride? I think that it was all pretty sketchy but he laughs about it and doesn't consider it rapey at all.
