It is perfectly reasonable to assume full control to her over her body and say, no matter of the circumstances, no one is owed sex. On the flip side though, it is not less reasonable to assume full control to him over his time, money and attention.

So let's say, if he doesn't get laid after date "X" it's cool if he withdraws his attention, resources and goes to the next. In fact i would argue, that men shouldn't be expected to pay for more then a coffee on the first few dates.

Or if she have too frequent "headaches", or even worse, uses withdrawing sex as a manipulation tactic in an LTR, he is not only could, but should - for example - go down the pub with his friends far more frequently, spend longer hours at work, stop giving her free attention, stop spending on her or even break up the relationship (given that this is a recurring issue and can not simply be solved by communication).

In case of a friendship between man and woman, a man shouldn't be expected to be "chivalrous" or pay the bills on night outs, given that we are all equal now so gender shouldn't matter. Sharing bills equally at all times should be the norm, just as it is the norm between woman and woman or men and men.
