I don’t think you’re bitching about the right group. Red pill, as I understand it, is about a handful of principles:

1) women will pick their best option (duh- though this has implications for commitment)

2) if women are prone to hop to their best options, don’t commit to them. Just stay casual and get laid

3) lift/workout (improve your body)

4) make sure you wear fitting clothes

5) don’t lose focus on your career

6) always talk to multiple women/multidate to keep the pipeline of sex flowing

3-6 is basically sound advice for anyone. 1-2 is where TRP might have a biased worldview that is problematic. But it doesn’t really harm anyone. In fact, I think 3-6 is about maximizing sexual efficiency. So those who truly live/breathe Ref pill are the ones getting laid regularly. Ie- not the celibate folks you’re trying to address in your OP.

There are, however, many men who struggle with getting laid. I’m also a physician, and while I’m fit, I’m a shorter minority. Getting matches, going on dates, and getting laid are somewhat challenging, but I still manage to do reasonably well.

I think it’s disingenuous to declare that average men have similar experiences/outcomes to average women in the context of modern online dating apps. At least one of my female colleagues posted a tinder profile and within 48hrs had 400 right swipes. (She paid to reveal her matches) While she had a ton of crap guys, she’s also found plenty of decent ones as she reviewed their profiles. I’ve paid to reveal mine too, and I tended to average 10/wk. At least 9/10 of them were totally unrealistic. As in, weigh 2-3x as much as me unrealistic. While my evidence is just as anecdotal as yours, the narrative that women seem to consistently describe is that they’re drowning in a sea of thirsty men whereas men describe dying of thirst in the desert. That alone should inform you that there’s something dysfunctional about modern dating.

You say you’re more attractive than most men, sociable and have one of the most desired professions in the market, yet you’re supposed to be an example of how the average dude is doing well for himself? All due respect, but that’s simply delusion. I'm not even sure how RP I would consider myself, but your whole narrative here seems to rely on the idea that RP guys don't get any women. In my experience, that's not really the case, or you could just apply the same lack of sexual encounters to RP dudes that you could to any other group of men. I think you also have some men using RP as an excuse to not engage with women, but that's a whole other topic.

I think most guys that are RP consider themselves to be RP because they at one point weren't doing so hot because of "XYZ" and then were "corrected" by the principles mostly found in RP. I think to better your stance here you'd have to show a RP topic that isn't reality and show how it actually doesn't work in men's favor.

Everyone keeps saying stuff like “its so hard for the average dude” or “girls have it so easy” that i just wonder, are red pillers delusional or they just super antisocial? In my friend group and other people i see in every social media and place outside of Reddit average dudes are living a life extremely similar to average girls, with the same amount of experience and standards.

I keep hearing this and this bothers me. Think about this for a second. Talk to an average woman who is single and look at their lives. Look at how many men they end up meeting and how many men try to date her.

Then ask that same women the type of men pursues her or asks her out. 95 percent of the time she will present you the case of being disgusted. Like most of the men just dont do it for her. Like even if the guy isnt creepy she will probably just not be attracted to most men.

Like I only believe this is a huge problem for women to believe because they always self project their own lives unto average men and assume that their lives are similar to theirs. That average guys are having a decent amount of gfs, fucking higher tier women every once in a while, and not really aching for affection.

But those women are only looking at the dudes that are like them? I want you to look up a guy named Skippy on YouTube. Now you might think Skippy is the huge exception but I guarantee you their is plenty of guys just like Skippy that even I know around my area. But you cant tell this too many women. They are not going to hang around Skippy. So its outside their reality.

I agree with you - I think RP/FDS both started with the right intentions, but they’ve devolved into toxicity and bitterness because of the people that populate those subs.

I always tell people on this sub to go outside and actually look at the couples you see - plenty of average looking people happily dating one another and they have healthy, stable relationships. Not every man is an abuser, not every women is some gold digging harpy. The women on this sub seem to spend too much time looking at the incel/MRA subs thinking it’s how all men think, and the men here seem like they look at too much FDS/radfem subs thinking it’s how all women think. Neither seem to able to admit when they contradict themselves

I don't think there any RP's here because they still want love from a woman and arguing this is possible, although under RP this is not possible. They also don't spin plates at all because they are too critical of their food worrying about food allergies. I think it's more important to have social skills and some humour. Looking average is totally fine for a lot of woman. Earning just an average amount of money is also fine.

Most woman are looking for someone to spend their life with, someone to talk with and have fun with, not some supermodel or high achiever who is always busy, or get tons of attention from other woman. They just want to feel save and secure and want to have fun and are able to communicate and share their feelings about the most important things in their life's.

Confidence, social skills & humour goes a loooong way.

No I mean I think elements of the redpill and blue pill are both right. The redpill is all abt self improvement from what I understand. Average dudes can punch above their weight metaphorically when they are interesting, charismatic, put together, and work out.

RP isn't talking about getting laid it mostly talking about giving up on finding long term marriage worthy women. If anything red pill teaches you how to get laid. Sexual liberty of men and women along with one sideded marriage and divorce laws has lead to horrid long term relationships and horrid divorces.

I believe happy long term relationships and marriages are possible but RP exposes the fact it's not worth the risk especially in this day and age. Which RP eventually leads to MGTOW because. From my experience, RP is about guys wanting LTR's and wanting them with someone who does not / has not slept around with multiple guys. Personally, I am for that mentality but I also hold myself to that standard as well. I'm on the shorter side when it comes to height, I'm not white, nor extremely attractive. But, I still have no problems talking to women at all because I really do "be myself."

I hope that makes some sense. I'm new to these forums so I am not familiar with a lot of things.

My intuition is that you're over extrapolating from your own xp. But the stats don't lie, a third of young men aren't having sex. And RP mentality comes out of that, not the other way around.

The more I visit this sub, and redpill, the more I realize most are just a bunch of guys still stick in a high school mentality, spending all their time on social media than the real world, and completely lacking the ability to handle rejection like most people.
