I'm an absolute newbie. There is so much study material here. Have you guys thought of boiling down all this stuff into a crisp 200-300 page booklet? It'd be useful for revision. It could have the most basic and essential tenets of trp. It would also serve as starting point for noobs. I'd do it but I clearly don't have the depth of knowledge. May be such a book already exists, if so, please let me know. Also if they crackdown on this sub, we'd always have the basics with us at least.

Background: Met a cute girl travelling in South Asia. I’m originally from the same place so language, culture etc.. is not an issue despite me having spent more than half my life in North America (27m). She’s 22, serial monogamist been in 2 serious relationships and low n count (I estimate 2). Has a very strong catholic upbringing so family values have been instilled in her, and is very feminine. Questions: should I consider pursuing this as a LTR possibility despite the fact that I’ll be leaving in 2 months? If so, how should I be grooming her for an LTR? Any future with this girl would be in North America. Would she be ruined by the rampant feminazi ideology if this actually plays out and she ends up in North America?

Any further advice and input greatly is appreciated.

How do I get a job that’s not a dead-end job & allows for advancement in my field (finance) in today’s economic climate?

I’m 21, just graduated with a finance degree from a university in Toronto, but I didn’t get work experience in the field during my time in university. I’m worried that I’ll never have anywhere close to the career I want. I’m worried I’ll get rejected by every job due to robots filtering the hiring process now & making it impossible for everyone to get work.

I’m also worried about starting a business, because today, virtually every market is over-saturated and/or dominated by monopolies, so sustaining myself through entrepreneurship is going to be impossible.

What I’m trying to say is... how can I make money & become rich when it seems like all the odds are stacked against me & it’s impossible to do so if you don’t have a ton of money already?

I feel like the lack of getting laid properly is blocking my value creation.

To expand: I am still working on my value - my studies, career, gym, interests and such. However, I try to stay in monk mode, but when I found myself unsatisfied, it also becomes more difficult to work on those things. as if having a woman I desire would act as a "fuel" on those endeavours.

On paper, it's easy to say "just focus on those things, don't give too much value to women" but, in practice, I find extremely hard to apply those things. My body tells me otherwise, culture tells otherwise and such...

Did I fuck up? Last weekend I was at a bar with friends, and (im new to this) I was still too much of a bitch to actually go up to some attractive girls and talk. I'm lifting and looking to build muscle. I am trying to eat at a 200-500c surplus per day. Some days I don't hit my surplus through food alone, but with a few beers or so I will go over into surplus calories.

The question is, will the calories through the booze contribute to putting me in the surplus for building mass, or are these just wasted calories that do nothing or go straight to fat. In other words, do I still need to try and hit my daily surplus solely through food? (Putting aside any nutritional argument).

This happens 1-2x a week due to my lifestyle and I'm just trying to get a feel if this is really setting me back.

I was going to the gym for 3 years and got a very nice body. I stopped going in June 2017 because I had some medical problems and because I was burned out. Since than, I naturally lost some muscles, and gained some fat. The fat is on stomach and in ass. An unfortunate side effect of my RP journey has been this newfound fear of women's hamstering. I mean specifically when a woman flat out lies, says you both know is total bullshit. Anybody else regret reading into TheRedPill or using psychedelics and wonder whether ignorance was bliss? I believe I've isolated myself from the vast majority of my generation and been turned off so much of what mainstream society has to offer.

I've just turned 18 years old, but cannot help feeling out of place around others my age. As a result I often feel pretty empty and an outsider. It's strange.

I am very competent socially, have no issues with hooking up with girls or making friends. I am excelling at school, on for 3A*s at A-Level here in the UK (4.0 GPA equivalent to those in the USA, I believe) and going to a top university. I lift weights regularly and have done for the last couple years (315 SQ, 220 B, 395DL). I've competed in my sport (rowing) to a nationally competitive standard. I have a healthy family background. My life, all things considered, would appear to be fucking great.

Yet it does nothing for me. I see what my friends are into and just cannot help thinking how pointless so much of day to day life is. I used to love using Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook etc. Now it does nothing for me. Worthless online point scoring for validation which slowly sucks you into its addictive grasps. Pop music does nothing for me. Binge watching Netflix makes me feel worthless and lazy. I despise drinking alcohol - it makes me highly introspective and anti-social - which means hitting clubs/bars just is not fun at all. I dance away in a nightclub with friends, smiling and looking the part, but cannot stop the voice in my head asking 'what the fuck are you doing here?'

I have the ability to go on and be highly materially successful. I have the ability to achieve everything people should want from a 'good life'. I want none of it at all. I often fantasise about fucking off into the woods, building a hut, and living off the grid.

I'm 18 years old. I should enjoy getting drunk with mates in town. I should enjoy using Social Media and chasing girls. I should love the idea of pursuing a lucrative career, a beautiful wife, an amazing family, a huge house etc. Inside my head I am alone and isolated. Everything I'm meant to enjoy I don't. How the fuck do I find a purpose in my life??

I've been dating a 28yo Doctor, should I pull the trigger and end it before an LTR.

Positives, well-educated doctor with a solid career ahead of her, she's hardworking and years ahead of her peers, she's literally a virgin and spends most of her free time horse riding and with her family (most of her friends are female doctors). She's incredibly loyal, easy to read, she know's my value and is a blank canvas with very little experience with men.

Health related advice from redpill gents.

I was aiming not to loose any muscle by eating a lot while healing. As I know, having no workout and getting a bit hungry destroys muscle fibers.

I have got oneitis. I have passed a serious illness that destroyed me for a long time, especially the first 3 years in the university. When it started to be cured, I met 'that' girl.
