Being a billionaire also beats being tall. I can’t make myself taller, so it’s a useless thing to worry about.

There is something about you not trying as hard that seems attractive. At least for your friend 5'-10 isn't super short, he can still pull. You may hurt him slightly because of your height when you're beside him lol. BUT it helps to have a friend with you vs straight solo even though solo game can be done.

But it’s not really worth obsessing over.

And on the topic of game, I have been out to social venues with guys who are more attractive but are afraid to approach.

So my own “game” is to approach, get them setup with a woman, then do my own thing.

I don't think anybody will say height doesn't matter at all. There are lots of other important factors that are fully within any guys control. But yeah all other things equal, a shorter guy is going to have to have stronger social skills than a taller guy to end up with the same level of success with women.

I'm 5"8 - I've easily overtaken plenty of tall guys. Slept with 100s of women.

My now brother in law is 5"7, I've coached and he's doing the same.

We are both above average looking to be sure.

We are both charming.

We both go to gym five days a week, so we are lean and in good shape.

We both dress very well

I'm sure we both get rejected at times because of our height.

But neither of us have ever considered height and issue. In fact I NEVER even considered height until guys started talking about it 8 or 9 years ago. That's how little I cared about it.

5’10 is fine but he should ironically go without you cause you’re the comparison. It starts to get really hard if you’re 5’6 or shorter then you have to max everything else out. It is what it is.

All else equal, being tall is more attractive than not being tall, and being tall will always cause women to give you more of a first look. But after that, game is more important because no matter how good looking, tall, rich, or high status you are, if you are creepy, needy, pushy, boring, and low confidence, women will not want to have sex with you.

The other question too is how physically attractive you are compared to him. Are you 6'4 and built and handsome, or 6'4 and scrawny and awkward? Is he 5'10 and ugly or 5'10 and handsome?

In my life, the ones that I've actually seen get the hottest girls are shorter than 6ft, including one that regularly fucks IG-model calibre girls while being like 5'7. He also happens to be very handsome, rich and charming.

In a bar situation, the shallow attributes become more important - are you tall and handsome? If not, then are you at least generous with your money and willing to buy drinks for her and her friends?

The taller, handsome guy is likely going to get more attention coming to them. But the guy with more game is more likely to convert into a lay. That's the difference between someone that has game and someone that doesn't - can you convert a girl that's neutral to you to get her attracted to you enough to sleep with you

Young man, I’ll correct your thinking before it becomes a problem down the line, height is 1 factor, it’s not everything, attraction is multifaceted, the girls who seem attracted to you, could be due to other reasons other than your height, charisma is very important and there are a lot of guys just as tall, don’t neglect learning game because things work today, think what will happen when another 6’4 guy who is charismatic enters the chat?

I mean, I doubt this is news to people. It seems very obvious to me that when it comes to cold approach, her attraction is based on how you look (and some girls might be attracted by height, others muscles, others a handsome face etc.) And then teh game part is about turning taht attraction into sex

I'M sure if I was over 6ft and not short i'd do way way better than I ever could now, but it is what it is

I don't believe any level of charisma can make a girl sexually attracted

As a 6’4” guy myself: you went to a *bar*, dude. If you go to superficial places like nightclubs and bars, women will typically want the hawt guy (same with men wanting a hot chick). Keep in mind that I’ve seen guys who were 5’8”ish make out with super hot girls in the bars.

Now as far as third spaces like the beach, school, parks, whatever: I’d say being social and having charisma matters more because if you’re a hot guy, all you’ll get are choosing signals which can be just glances and maybe them standing near you. If you have no game or confidence, you’ll lose to the guy who is social and decent looking and talks to people.

I don't think there'll be any difference in getting attention between a guy who's 5'10 and 6'4 (all else considered equal). There is another factor here.

I have friends who are 5’6-5’8, and bonus-Indian *gasp* who superseded their taller counterparts and even coached them all the time in terms of game. How? Because they were charismatic but also maintained themselves and presented themselves well.

Whereas I know some 6ft+ guys who only got play when they payed for it.

Back in college I attended a school out of state. While there I met and dated my one and only 6' woman. I am 6'4" and fell in loved with her . Sadly her father died and she dropped out for lack of money. The height factor was great being able to kiss a woman with out bending over as well as other things. Just a personal comment.

There are a lot of other potential factors here you're not considering. He might being giving off desperate or insecure energy, and women are way better than men at detecting that. You might be a really appealing alternative if you're just out to have a good time. Also you're not factoring in face, voice, etc.

Dude it's about knowing your target market, so to speak. I, 6'2", had a roommate in college who was 5'4". We literally had a shelf in the apartment called the Jonah shelf because he couldn't reach it. Pulled girls left and right, but he always went after chicks that were around his height or shorter. Know what you are/have and decide with who that will work for it against you with. It's choices based on informed decision making, not on thinking you should be able to get whoever you want.

This seems to be the problem with a lot of the incel types. If you're short, ugly, whatever, you need to try and date women in the same category as you. I know plenty of fairly unattractive people who ended up happily married, but they didn't marry gorgeous women. They found women in their league. Know your league!

Honest question - do you think the height thing has been amped up in recent years? Like it’s become so spoken about on social media that it’s kind of become a self fulfilling prophecy. If something is endlessly spoken about as being very attractive, it becomes even more attractive, right?

As for game… it clearly can move the needle but there is something about coming off try hard or keen to impress to compensate for not having the most inherent value or status compared to others. After all, does Brad Pitt need to show game to have sex with lots of beautiful women?

Nah. If you're tall and lack charisma, confidence, vulnerability, looks, you're still not getting chicks. Being tall is just a minor piece to the puzzle.

Tallness does have some advantages that can work for you or against you. For example if you are tall, lanky, and ugly then yes you will get noticed pretty quickly but you will stick out as the ugly tall guy. You really need to use the tallness as a compliment to the whole package.

If you are handsome, tall, and masculine in a non-toxic way, than you will do well. But that's not because of just being tall, it's because of everything.

I looked at a female friend’s hinge account, all of the “Daily Standouts” were guys that were around 6’2+. This solidified just how powerful height is as a guy. It’s by far the #1 stat without a question. After seeing this tab for multiple days there wasn’t a SINGLE GUY below 6ft!

You could be a 10/10 male model at 5’9 but you’ll usually get beat by the 6’3 guy who is a 6/10 in terms of looks.

For those who don’t know “standouts” is a tab on hinge that shows the most liked profiles near you for 24hrs.

He has infinite more social skills than me. When we go out he would get 3 or 4 connections, instagrams, #. They will be in the 4-6 range. I would have 1 connection and she will be 7-8 range. Almost like there is a ceiling on the quality (not quantity) that he pulls. I think there is a height quota on women who are 7 and above unless you have obvious social status or wealth.

This is a dumb post, because there’s not enough info. You might have a 10/10 face versus his 4/10 face. He might be chubby while you are fit. He might be a less desirable race for some women. You might have a quiet confidence while he comes across as desperate. Yes height is one factor, among many.

I agree lol. These dudes never been out here in real life. I'm 6"0 barefoot with Jeremy meeks phonetype, hoop earings and stand out amongst my homeboys who are 5"8 6"5 etc even though they have "game" and "charisma".

None of that really matters... It's height and face always. Women make it easy for me and will stare me down/make it obvious/play with their hair whenever I come around (without fail)

I have no game whatsoever and barely speak for gods sake lmao.
