I’m most likely an outlier on this one, I haven’t needed to do drugs or alcohol to get laid.

If anything it always worked against me. I lose interest or I can’t notice anyone flirting with me.

Or in other words, it’s impossible to fail if you drink and/or do drugs (and go to bars and clubs ofc)

Drugs are Anti-Slut Defense for women. It allows them to go wild and tell themselves that it's the drugs and not them. Men take advantage of this aspect by forming entire cultures and scenes for the sole purpose of creating this effect. It forms the backbone of hookup culture.

When everything is going to hell, handbaskets be damned, I guess it would have to be MDMA.

I really like amphetamine-type stimulants and opioid-type depressants but both have too many downsides with addiction to rate them the highest.

There was a green text a while back about an incel who was introduced to the rave scene.

I think a lot of them would benefit from it. Not because of the casual sex element, but because it's a generally open and friendly space.

You can head to a rave completely alone and easily make friends within an hour.

I smoke weed but nobody I've dated has also smoked. The only women I know who smoke mostly also only hang out with other women who do, or else mostly have same gender friends. When I go to a mixed gender party where most people are cool with it its nice though.

I will say theres a huge difference between smoking weed alone or with a couple of friends, vs being the person who actually gets invited to parties where drugs are present.

Just like literally everything else your social skills will do 99% of the work.

Roadied for a glam metal band in the 80's. Pre-AIDS. Our parties were insane. Our road manager had this knack for finding the kinkiest women at gigs. None of the bands I worked with afterwards were like that, but the AIDS scare was on and people got real picky.

That's why I gotta laugh at these "You gotta be Chad!" idiots. The high school "Chads" I knew all went off to college like good little boys while I was hanging with the rockers at the height of the 80's band scene. We were poor, grew our hair long and looked like bums from the gutter, but the "good" girls were eyeing us up like candy because we literally rocked.

People who do more drugs have more sex, this is axiomatic. As a drug-doing person, it helped me meet lots more people, lots more uninhibited people, and even if we don't have sex while on drugs, it expands how many liaisons are available to you.

Most hookups ive seen were initiated through those pleasures and they bonded over them. Doing drugs, going to concerts/raves, and generally having a more lax inhibtions around sex.

Although the crux is that many of them fall apart easily because of the culture. The attachments are just as real as any relationship but when the party is over it gets less stable since the foundation drops.
