(I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT BASIC HUMAN DECENCY HERE PLEASE READ EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE EDITS)

A common argument I have read here, specially from women, is that the redpill sees men and women as two different species when in reality men and women are equals or almost equals and that to do well in dating men should just treat women like people, thats it, no need for complicated and misleading theories like the redpill

Do you agree? Why?

Some more food for tought:

If you agree, theres an argument to be made that if men treat women just like they treat their male friends, that will only get them to have female friends but no success in dating properly speaking. What do you think of that?

If you disagree, how exactly is a man supposed to treat women when dating, if not just like a man? Whats the difference?

Edit: to be clear, I dont believe it, but I have seen it used as an argument so many times here that I was curious to know whats the thought process of someones who believes that

And of course Im not saying that men, to treat women as people, need to view them as men. What Im saying is that, as the argument seems to go, men should, regarding women in dating, "just treat them like people", with the implied understanding that the treatment given to women in dating should be no different than the treatment given to men in non-dating situations, and that the redpill is wrong to view men and women as so different

Edit 2: for people thinking its a matter of basic decency, thats not the question. The question is, treating everyone like people, in dating, is sufficient? Redpill would argue its not, and that women work a whole different way than men do. The people that I saw saying the argument in my OP would disagree and say that men and women are pretty much the same, and the redpill is wrong when it views them as so different. Thats whats the question is about
