AF/BB, 'only looks matter,' 'women are evil and will end up single with cats and alone,' etc. are all ultimately rationalizes to avoid good faith participation in finding a partner.

'Game' at best hides someone's intentions and at worst makes them look like a weirdo.

Worshiping at the altar of the alfalfa male discourages people from just being themselves.

Revenge fantasies about women allow one to tolerate an apparent imbalance in dating power that they can't do anything about.

What I've observed about people in general is that they are extremely scared of rejection. To a nearly pathetic degree. Women perhaps moreso than men, but most men are near that level.

I've probably been rejected more than anyone here or at least as much, but I've also had more success than most --- because I was and am willing to risk rejection.

It just isn't a big deal. Shoot your shot, if she says no, move on. If you're in the same social circle, just downgrade whoever it is to a small-talk acquaintance.

If you make a habit of just going for it whenever the opportunity arises, you'll find a buyer.
