There is a lot of talk about having sex and self-worth. However, I've noticed that it is universally men who are struggling romantically who are always making that claim, while men who are having sex don't seem to share that view.

Sex is like food. We all want food, but those of us who eat our fill day after day, don't spend a lot of time daydreaming about food. Starving people, and even people who are dieting will often fixate on food and think of little else. Obviously, looking at this sub, the same principle applies to sex. Those who are starving are fixated and burdened with intrusive thoughts that won't go way, while those who are eating their proverbial fill think very little about sex unless it's on the immediate menu. Change my view.
