Wife wants a divorce, we have no money for lawyers. She wants me to move out so we can be separated for 1 year. We have 2 children and own a home, also own 2 businesses. If I don’t leave on my own, she is saying she will file a DV against me. I also have 2 audio recordings of her saying she will file a dv if I don’t leave.

If there’s any chance of reconciliation, she wants me to work on myself/ us living apart not under the same roof. But wants me there for the kids everyday. Also to help her with work when needed( I don’t want her anymore stressed than she already is)

I know by me leaving willingly/ forcefully does not look good in court on my end. But wouldn’t me not there creat even more stress? Advice is appreciated
